Description
本発明の他の目的は、分離する部分がより少ない副子の製造である。
本発明の更なる目的は、拘縮を軽減するための所定の力の、容易な段階的調整を可能にする副子の製造である。
嵌合ラッチが本発明の好適な錠手段であれば、技術的に理解される他の錠及び固定手段が使用可能である。
理論的には、下部支柱を調節可能とした場合、上部支柱の長さは固定可能である。
調整副子に用いられる支柱は、好ましくはステンレス鋼であるが、当業者に理解されるように、十分な長さの他の材料が使用可能である。
更に、本明細書中の支柱はチューブ状であるが、正方形又は長方形等の他の構造も使用可能である。
1) 大腿部の後ろ、及びふくらはぎをカフ内に横たえる。窓及び目盛りを有するより大きいチューブは、下脚に沿って位置させる。
2) カムを膝の両側に均等に揃え、チューブを脚の側部の中央にぴったりと合わせる。
3) 大腿部及び脚に対するベルクロ(R)カフ及び反力ストラップを、カフと脚の間に指1本がスライド可能な程度の締付けで適切に適用する。
4) 使用の際には、脚はぶら下げるべきではない。ベッドに横たえるか、又は副子を装着した脚を支持及び持ち上げる。
5) 患者には、最長時間可能な最低限の許容張力設定で装置を装着させる。
明らかに、本発明の基本精神から逸脱せずに多くの変更がなされるであろう。従って、発明は当業者により添付の請求の範囲内で、本明細書に詳細を記載した以外にも実施しうることは当然のことである。
Claims (8)
- 下部支柱と、上部支柱と、その間に、カム面を回動可能に取付けられた頭部とを有する調整副子アッセンブリーであって、
前記下部支柱は、所定の力を付加するために、カム面と嵌合するように付勢する調節可能な付勢手段を一端に有し、かつ、荷重ねじ、ばね、及びばねスペーサーを収容する、窓を有する内嵌チューブと、当該内嵌チューブを収容する外側下脚チューブとを含み、
前記ばねスペーサーの表面には段階的な連続数字が印され、
前記内嵌チューブは、前記ばねスペーサーの段階的な連続数字を目視可能とする窓を有し、また前記外側下脚チューブ上には、前記下部支柱の長さを調節するために前記内嵌チューブに取付けられる固定手段があり、
前記外側下脚チューブは複数のゲージ窓を有し、前記荷重ねじが前記ばね及び前記ばねスペーサーに圧力を付加して回動可能に取付けられた頭部に対してカム面を介して順次圧力を付加する際に、各ゲージ窓に対して、下部支柱の長さに応じて、前記ばねスペーサー上の段階的な連続数字と前記内嵌チューブの窓とを個別に設定可能であり、この機構によって、前記ばねスペーサーの交換を必要とせずに様々な脚の寸法に適用可能なことを特徴とする下部支柱と、上部支柱と、その間に、カム面を回動可能に取付けられた頭部とを有する調整副子アッセンブリー。 - 前記固定手段は、前記内嵌チューブの孔と嵌合するように固着した嵌合プルラッチを有する前記外側下脚チューブを含む請求項1に記載の調整副子アッセンブリー。
- 前記固定手段は、前記内嵌チューブ上の複数の孔と、前記外側下脚チューブ上の孔と、前記内嵌チューブ及び前記外側下脚チューブの接合に使用可能な嵌合プルラッチとを含む請求項1に記載の調整副子アッセンブリー。
- 前記上部支柱は、前記外側上脚チューブ内に収容される内側軸棒を有し、前記固定手段は、縦方向に複数の孔を有する前記内側軸棒と、前記内側軸棒に嵌合して前記上部支柱の長さを調節するための嵌合ラッチを備える前記外側上脚チューブとを含む請求項1に記載の調整副子アッセンブリー。
- 患者への副子の快適な適合を確実にするために取付けられるパッドを有する請求項1に記載の調整副子アッセンブリー。
- 膝で脚の上下部に対して調整副子装置を取付けるための拘束手段を備えた請求項1に記載の調整副子アッセンブリーを含む拘縮を軽減するための調整副子装置。
- 拘縮を軽減するための調整副子装置であって、接合手段により接合され、かつ該調整副子装置を脚及び大腿に効果的に配置可能とする複数の調整副子アッセンブリーを含み、該調整副子装置を形成する各前記調整副子アッセンブリーが、請求項1に記載の調整副子アッセンブリーであることを特徴とする拘縮を軽減するための調整副子装置。
- 下部支柱と、上部支柱と、その間に、カム面を回動可能に取付けられた頭部とを有する調整副子アッセンブリーであって、
前記下部支柱は、所定の力を付加するために、カム面と嵌合するように付勢する調節可能な付勢手段を一端に有し、かつ、荷重ねじ、ばね、及びばねスペーサーを収容する、窓を有する内嵌チューブと、当該内嵌チューブを収容する外側下脚チューブとを含み、
前記上部支柱は、内側軸棒及び外側上脚チューブを有し、当該外側上脚チューブには、前記内側軸棒チューブの孔に受容される嵌合ラッチが取付けられており、
前記ばねスペーサーは表面に段階的な連続数字が印され、
前記内嵌チューブは、前記ばねスペーサーの段階的な連続数字を目視可能とする窓を有し、また前記外側下脚チューブ上には前記下部支柱の長さを調節するための前記内嵌チューブの孔に取付けられるラッチ手段があり、
前記外側下脚チューブは複数のゲージ窓を有し、前記荷重ねじが前記ばね及び前記ばねスペーサーに圧力を付加して回動可能に取付けられた頭部に対してカム面を介して順次圧力を付加する際に、各ゲージ窓に対して、下部支柱の長さに応じて、前記ばねスペーサー上の段階的な連続数字と前記内嵌チューブの窓とを個別に設定可能であり、この機構によって、前記ばねスペーサーの交換を必要とせずに様々な脚の寸法に適用可能であることを特徴とする下部支柱と、上部支柱と、その間に、カム面を回動可能に取付けられた頭部とを有する調整副子アッセンブリー。
