Claims (1)
- 外輪の背面に形成された穴内に圧縮状態に設置される予圧ばねと、この予圧ばねにより背面側に向けて付勢されるプランジャとを備え、このプランジャをその先端が前記外輪よりも背面方向に突出する位置で抜け止めした円錐ころ軸受において、前記穴の内周に突出部を形成し、前記予圧ばねを前記穴の背面側から前記突出部越しに挿入可能とし、前記プランジャの外周に前記穴の背面側から前記突出部を通過させられる係合部を設け、この係合部が前記突出部を通過したときに前記プランジャの先端が前記外輪よりも背面方向に突出する位置にあり、前記予圧ばねの付勢を受けたプランジャを前記突出部と前記係合部とが当ることで抜け止めするように設け、上記突出部が雌ねじのねじ山からなり、上記係合部が前記雌ねじに螺合するように上記プランジャの外周に形成された雄ねじのねじ山からなり、前記係合部を、前記螺合するねじ送りにより前記突出部を通過させるように設け、上記予圧ばねが前記係合部の前記ねじ送りにより上記プランジャに圧縮されるように設け、前記プランジャを回転させることにより、前記係合部が前記突出部を通過するまで前記ねじ送りされると、前記予圧ばねの付勢により前記係合部のねじ山と前記突出部のねじ山とが正背方向に当り合って前記プランジャが抜け止めされるようし、また、前記プランジャを逆回転させるだけで抜き取ることができるようにしたことを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受。
