Claims (3)
- 電気銅を溶解して得た溶銅を、樋を経てタンディッシュ内に連続的に導き、前記タンディッシュ内の溶銅を回転移動鋳型内に注入し、冷却固化させて鋳塊とし、この鋳塊を前記鋳型から連続的に引き出してそのまま連続圧延する無酸素銅線材の製造方法において、
前記樋内で溶銅を固体還元剤と反応させ、溶銅に不活性ガスを吹込み、
前記タンディッシュ内で溶銅を固体還元剤と反応させ、溶銅に不活性ガスを吹込むことに加えて、鋳塊中のリン含有量が1〜10ppmとなるようにリン化合物を溶銅に添加し、
前記タンディッシュ内の溶銅の温度を1085〜1100℃に調整することを特徴とする無酸素銅線材の製造方法。 - 前記鋳塊中のリン含有量が2〜8ppmとなるようにリン化合物を溶銅に添加することを特徴とする請求項1記載の無酸素銅線材の製造方法。
- 前記溶銅の温度を1085〜1095℃に調整することを特徴とする請求項1記載の無酸素銅線材の製造方法。
