Claims (4)
- 9〜13%Cr系耐熱鋼からなる蒸気タービン用ロータにおいて、前記ロータのジャーナル部の摺動面に、Cr含有量が3%以下の低合金鋼からなる被覆層が高速フレーム溶射(HVOF:High Velocity Oxy−Fuel)法により形成され、該被覆層中の気孔と酸化物とを合わせた欠陥の面積率が3〜15%であることを特徴とする蒸気タービン用ロータ。
- 前記被覆層の厚さが、0.5〜3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の蒸気タービン用ロータ。
- 前記ロータのジャーナル部の摺動面と前記被覆層との密着強さが40mPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の蒸気タービン用ロータ。
- 9〜13%Cr系耐熱鋼からなる蒸気タービン用ロータの製造方法において、前記ロータのジャーナル部の摺動面に、Cr含有量が3%以下の低合金鋼からなり、気孔と酸化物とを合わせた欠陥が面積率で、3〜15%である被覆層を、高速フレーム溶射法により形成し、その後前記被覆層を熱処理することなく、その表面を機械加工あるいは研磨加工して、所定の寸法及び表面粗さに加工することを特徴とする蒸気タービン用ロータの製造方法。
