Description
−当該容器は明確な形状を有し、このことは、多数の容器をインキュベーター内で簡便に積み重ねることを可能にする;
−当該容器は一定の剛性を有し、このことは、利用可能な培養表面を覆う細胞の優先的な堆積領域及び分布の不均一を作り出すことを回避することを可能にさせる。
−実質的に平面となるように第一シートのへりに固定されうるか;
−又は、第一シートのものと同一の形状を有し、シートがそれらのへりによって互いに面して固定されるように熱成形されうる。
Claims (11)
- 細胞の培養を目的とする容器であって、100〜500μmの厚さの第一(2)及び第二(3)のガス透過性シートを含んで成り、これらがその周辺(6)で互いに固定され、その結果、細胞を受け取ることを目的とした内側の空間が成形されており、且つ細胞の導入及び/又は回収を可能にするために設計された少なくとも1つのアクセスルートを含んで成り、前記シート(2、3)のそれぞれが、細胞が接着するのを可能にするポリマー材料から作られる少なくとも1つの層を含んで成り、2枚のシート(2、3)のうちの少なくとも1枚が熱成形されることを特徴とする、容器。
- 各シート(2、3)が本質的に、細胞を接着させるポリマー材料から成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- シート(2、3)が、それらの周辺を溶接することによって互いに固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の容器。
- 少なくとも第一シート(2)が、横断面において、実質的に平面の底(4)、側壁(5)、及びへりを成形する周壁(6)を含んで成る、丸い角を有する四角の全体形状を有するように成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 第二シート(3)が、実質的に平面となるように第一シート(2)のへりに固定され、前記第二シート(3)が容器(1)の上部の壁を成形することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の容器。
- 容器(1)の上部の壁を成形する第二シート(3)が、第一シート(2)のものと同一の形状を有するように熱成形され、前記シート(2、3)がそれらのへりで互いに面して固定されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の容器。
- 少なくとも1つのアクセスルート(9)が、熱成形シート(2、3)の壁を通じて容器(1)の内側の空間と通じていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 熱成形シート(2、3)のうちの少なくとも一方が、容器(1)の内側の空間内に配置されるレリーフ(10、11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- レリーフ(10、11)が、繰り返しの又は不規則な、連続的な又は離れたモチーフを成形することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の容器。
- チューブによって閉回路として一緒に連結した少なくとも2つの因子を含んで成る系であって、前記因子のうちの少なくとも1つが請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の容器(1)であり、チューブが第一の端で容器(1)のアクセスルートと連結し、そして第二の末端が当該系の別の因子と連結し、その結果当該系の因子間を細胞及び/又は液体が通過できる、系。
- 接着細胞又は培地中で懸濁状態にある細胞を培養するための、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の容器(1)又は請求項10に記載の系の使用。
