Description
結果: 図7に示す。図7からもわかるように、Sa/Sb=1.3〜1.6の範囲では、騒音とモータ入力共に低い値を示し、1.4〜1.5の範囲では特に低い値を示す。これに対して、1.3〜1.6の範囲を外れると、騒音とモータ入力共に著しく増大することがわかった。
結果: 図8に示す。図8からもわかるように、Rb/Ra=0.1〜0.8の範囲では、騒音はわずかずつ増加するが、実用上問題ない範囲であり、0.8を超えると著しく増加し実用上問題があり、また、0.1〜0.8の範囲では、モータ入力はわずかな増加であるが、0.8を超えると著しく増加することがわかった。
結果:図9に示す。図9からもわかるように、翼断面最大肉厚の位置は、50%すなわち円弧長さの中央位置で騒音とモータ入力共最小になり、中央位置を外れると急激に増加することがわかった。
Claims (1)
- 円形状の端板に複数枚のファン翼を環状に配置したクロスフローファンにおいて、
ファン翼長手方向に対し垂直に切断した翼断面の弦長を等分割した場合、断面形状は分割線に対して非対称な流線形をなし、かつ、
ファン内周側の断面積をSa、ファン外周側の断面積をSbとした場合、Sa/Sb=1.3〜1.6となり、
前記ファン内周側の先端R部寸法をRa、前記ファン外周側の先端R部寸法をRbとした場合、Rb/Ra=0.1〜0.8であり、
前記翼断面の弦長の中央である翼弦長の50%の位置における翼断面厚さが最大になることを特徴とするクロスフローファン。
