Claims (20)

前記試薬室部が、前記少なくとも1つのバレル部及び前記結果窓部に空間的に連通する内部の試薬室空間を定め、かつ、少なくとも1つの試薬又はテスト溶液を収める少なくとも1つの試薬室を含み、前記試薬室部は、前記結果窓部に回転可能に結合されて前記試薬室空間に収められた芯に対して回転可能であり、

- 前記バレル部は少なくとも1つの平坦な側部を含み、前記結果窓部は前記バレル部の平坦な側部に整列した少なくとも1つの平坦な側部を含み、前記試薬室部は少なくとも1つの平坦な側部を含み、前記試薬室部が前記結果窓部に対して回転したとき、前記試薬室部の平坦な側部が前記バレル部及び前記結果窓部の前記平坦な側部に整列するようになって、前記試薬室部が閉位置から開位置に移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記バレル部は少なくとも1つの印を含み、前記結果窓部は前記バレル部の印に整列する少なくとも1つの印を含み、前記試薬室部は少なくとも1つの印を含み、前記試薬室部が前記結果窓部に対して回転したとき、前記試薬室部の印が、前記バレル部及び前記結果窓部の印と整列して、前記試薬室が閉位置から開位置に移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記印は、線、パターン、シンボル、平坦なテクスチャー加工された表面から選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記テストストリップは、前記試薬室部から前記結果窓部に延びる細長いテストストリップであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記芯は、U型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記芯は、円形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記U型の芯は内側芯空間を定め、前記U型の芯は、角度方向の内側弧状部により定められた前記芯空間への開口を含み、前記試薬室は角度範囲の外側弧状部により定められ、前記内側弧状部は前記外側弧状部より大きいことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記試薬室部は側壁を含み、前記芯は外壁を持ち、前記少なくとも1つの試薬室が、前記側壁及び前記外壁から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記試薬室部は或る高さの側壁を含み、前記バレル部及び前記結果窓部は、前記試薬室の側壁より高さが高いか又は同じ高さの壁を含み、前記少なくとも1つの試薬室が、前記試薬室部の前記側壁及び前記バレル部及び前記結果窓部の壁から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記芯は、前記結果窓部に一体に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記芯は、前記バレル部に一体に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 前記試薬室部は、前記バレル部に一体に結合され、前記バレル部とともに回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の診断用テスト装置。
- 微生物の存在を検知するための方法であって、
a)内側表面及び外側表面を含み、内部バレル空間を定め、綿棒を受け取るための、少なくとも1つのバレル部と、
少なくとも1つの透視窓を含み、テストストリップからのテスト結果を透視するための結果窓部と、
前記少なくとも1つのバレル部及び前記結果窓部の間の試薬室部と、
を備え、前記試薬室部が、前記少なくとも1つのバレル部及び前記結果窓部と空間的に連通する内部の試薬室空間を定め、かつ、少なくとも1つの試薬又はテスト溶液を収めるための少なくとも1つの試薬室を含み、前記試薬室部は、前記結果窓部に回転可能に結合され、回転したとき、前記試薬室部内の前記試薬室が閉位置から開位置に移動するようにされ、
前記試薬室空間内に芯が配置され、この芯は、前記試薬室部とは独立であり、かつ、テストストリップを含んでおり、
前記バレル部を通して前記試薬室部に取り外し可能に綿棒部が挿入されるようになったキャップ部を備える診断用テスト装置を準備し、
b)前記綿棒部により選択された身体内腔又は周囲環境位置で拭き取りを行い、
c)前記バレル部を通して前記綿棒部を前記試薬室部に挿入することによって、前記綿棒部上の前記綿棒を前記テストストリップの近傍に置き、
d)前記試薬室部を回転させ、前記試薬室を閉位置から開位置に移動させることによって前記試薬を前記綿棒及び前記テストストリップ上に供給し、
e)前記窓を通して前記テストストリップを透視する、
段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 微生物の存在を検知するための診断用テスト装置であって、
内側表面及び外側表面を含み、内部バレル空間を定め、綿棒を受け取るための、少なくとも1つのバレル部と、
少なくとも1つの透視窓を含み、テストストリップからのテスト結果を透視するための結果窓部と、
前記少なくとも1つのバレル部及び前記結果窓部の間の試薬室部と、
を備え、前記試薬室部が、前記少なくとも1つのバレル部及び前記結果窓部と空間的に連通する内部の試薬室空間を定め、かつ、少なくとも1つの試薬又はテスト溶液を収めるための少なくとも1つの試薬室を含み、前記試薬室部は、前記結果窓部に回転可能に結合され、かつ、前記試薬室空間内に収められた芯に対して回転可能にされた、キャップ部を含み、
前記試薬室部は、使用前位置から使用位置に回転させることができ、前記少なくとも1つの試薬室は、回転されたとき閉位置から開位置に移動して、前記少なくとも1つの試薬室内に収められた試薬を前記テストストリップ上に供給すること特徴とする装置。
