Claims (7)
- 複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むカーボンナノチューブ・ヤーン、及び二つの陰極接線柱を備え、前記カーボンナノチューブ・ヤーンの両端がそれぞれ前記二つの陰極接線柱に接続されることを特徴とする電界放出陰極。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ・ヤーンが該カーボンナノチューブ・ヤーンの表面から飛び出す複数のカーボンナノチューブを含み、該カーボンナノチューブが電界放出先端とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界放出陰極。
- 前記複数本のカーボンナノチューブ・ヤーンが一緒に巻き付くことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電界放出陰極。
- 前記陰極は金属棒を更に備え、前記少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブ・ヤーンは前記金属棒の表面に巻き付くことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電界放出陰極。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ・ヤーンが、複数のカーボンナノチューブ束を含み、隣接するカーボンナノチューブ束の首尾端が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電界放出陰極。
- 電界放出照明装置であって、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電界放出陰極及び該陰極と対向する陽極を備えることを特徴とする電界放出照明装置。
- 前記電界放出照明装置の外形が、円柱形、多角柱又は球形であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電界放出照明装置。
