Description

Claims (10)
- 電気ケーブル・アクセサリの製造方法であって、
電気ケーブル・アクセサリを形成するための型である基板を設けるステップと、
コーティングした基板を形成するために、潤滑成分を含むエラストマ材料で基板をコーティングするステップと、
コーティングした基板を未硬化のエラストマ配合物に接触させるステップと、
エラストマ材料を基板からエラストマ配合物に転移させてエラストマ材料をエラストマ配合物に化学的に結合するのに十分な熱および圧力を加えることにより、エラストマ材料およびエラストマ配合物を硬化するステップと、
エラストマ材料およびエラストマ配合物から基板を分離するステップとを含み、
硬化したエラストマ材料は第1摩擦係数を有し、硬化したエラストマ配合物は第2摩擦係数を有し、エラストマ材料に含まれる潤滑成分は硬化したエラストマ材料の第1摩擦係数を減少させ、
エラストマ材料によるコーティングはエラストマ配合物の表面において、エラストマ材料の減少した第1摩擦係数がエラストマ配合物の第2摩擦係数より小さくなるようにすることを特徴とする電気ケーブル・アクセサリを製造する方法。 - エラストマ材料をエラストマ配合物で封入するか、エラストマ配合物をエラストマ材料で封入する、請求項1に記載の電気ケーブル・アクセサリを製造する方法。
