Claims (27)
- ユーザが患者の解剖学的管腔内においてステントを展開することを可能にする装置において、
遠位端と近位端を有する長手方向に延在する内側管状部材であって、前記遠位端はチップを備える内側管状部材と、
外径と内径を有する長手方向に延在する外側管状部材であって、前記内側管状部材に対して長手方向及び軸方向に移動可能な外側管状部材と、
前記外側管状部材の一部に連結されるハンドルであって、第1端と第2端を有し、前記第2端は、空洞を画成し、前記空洞は、そこに形成される、少なくとも1つのストッパに適合可能な雄係止部材または雌係止部材を有する、ハンドルと、
前記内側管状部材の周囲に形成されたストッパであって、前記ストッパの外面は、前記ハンドルの前記空洞の前記雌係止部材または雄係止部材のそれぞれと同軸上で係合するように構成された少なくとも1つの雄係止部材または雌係止部材を有し、安全機構を形成し、前記係止部材が、前記外側管状部材と前記内側管状部材との長手方向軸に対応する軸に沿って、同軸上で相互に係合するように構成されている係止部材であるストッパと
を備え、
前記外側管状部材と前記内側管状部材とが、相互に回転的動作を必要とすることなく、前記装置のユーザによる介入によらず、ステントの部分的な展開及び係止部材の係合に対応する所定の閾値まで、互いに軸方向に移動可能であり、前記外側管状部材と前記内側管状部材との相互の軸方向の移動、及び対応するステントの展開の程度が、前記安全機構によってユーザ介入によらずに制限される、装置。 - 前記内側管状部材は、実質的に前記内側管状部材の前記遠位端から前記近位端に至る距離にわたって長手方向に延在する内腔を画成し、ガイドワイヤが前記内腔内を通って延在するのを可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ユーザ介入は、前記外側管状部材を前記内側管状部材に対して軸方向に移動させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 音声徴候が、前記ユーザ介入に続いて生じることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 触感徴候が、前記ユーザ介入に続いて生じることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ストッパに形成される少なくとも1つのタブをさらに備え、前記タブは、前記ユーザ介入中に破断されたとき、前記音声徴候として機能することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の閾値は、約10%展開から90%展開の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の閾値は、約60%展開であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記外側管状部材は、選択された位置から近位方向において、前記内側管状部材に対して長手方向に移動されたとき、前記ステントを解除し、半径方向に自己拡張させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- ガイドワイヤが、前記外側管状部材の前記外径の一部に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内側管状部材は、光学スコープを収容するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外側管状部材は、透明であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのマーカが、前記内側管状部材の一部に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内側管状部材は、耐キンク性の材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外側管状部材は、耐キンク性であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記チップを含む遠位端は、第1区域、中間区域、および第2区域を有し、前記1区域と前記第2区域は、前記中間区域の外径よりも小さい外径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内側管状部材の前記近位端の近くの部分は、半径方向自己拡張性ステントを半径方向に収縮された状態で支えるのに適したステント担体をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ステント担体によって支持される半径方向自己拡張性ステントをさらに備え、前記ステントは、前記遠位端領域に沿って前記領域の少なくとも一部を包囲して延在し、及び前記外側管状部材の一部によって包囲され、これによって、半径方向に収縮された状態で維持されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルの前記空洞が、その中に一体的に形成された少なくとも1つのストッパに適合可能な雄係止部材または雌係止部材を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1端、第2端、外面、内面とを有するハイポチューブをさらに備え、前記ストッパが、該ハイポチューブ上であって、該第1端と、第2端との間に形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記空洞が、前記外側管状部材の周囲に規定される、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記ハンドルが、近位端および遠位端を有し、前記空洞が該ハンドルの近位端に画成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ストッパが前記空洞の近位に位置し、前記ハンドルを近位方向に移動させた場合に、前記ストッパが前記空洞に係合するように形成されている、請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記ストッパが、前記内側管状部材の前記近位端から、遠位に距離を隔てて配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外側管状部材が、前記所定の閾値において、前記ステントを部分的に覆うように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ユーザが患者の解剖学的管腔内においてステントを展開することを可能にする装置において、
遠位端と近位端、及び前記遠位端と近位端との間に分岐通路機構を有する長手方向に延在する外側管状部材と、
遠位端と近位端とを有する長手方向に延在する内側管状部材であって、前記内側管状部材は前記外側管状部材に対して長手方向及び軸方向において移動可能であり、前記遠位端はチップを備え、前記内側管状部材は、その長手方向に沿って、前記長手方向に延在する外側管状部材の前記分岐通路機構と操作可能に相互作用する少なくとも1つの移動止めをさらに備える内側管状部材と
を備え、
前記外側管状部材と前記内側管状部材とは、ステントの部分的な展開及び移動止めの分岐通路機構における妨げに対応する所定の閾値まで、前記装置のユーザによる介入によらず、互いに軸方向に移動可能であり、前記外側管状部材と前記内側管状部材との相互の軸方向の移動、及び対応するステントの展開の程度が、前記移動止め及び前記分岐通路機構によってユーザ介入によらずに制限される、装置。
