Claims (12)
- ツール・レストに取り付けられると共に、工作物に対するリード角又はトレーリング角を定義する切削ツールを含む、ツールホルダであって、少なくとも1つの直線軸に対する前記ツールホルダの前記工作物の周囲の移動と連続的に又は同時に同期して特定位置に移動するようにプログラミング可能な1つの旋転軸又は回転軸を有する、前記ツールホルダ、
を備える工作機械であって、
前記少なくとも1つの直線軸のうちの少なくとも1つの移動ベクトルが変更された場合、前記少なくとも1つの直線軸に対する移動とは独立して、前記工作物に対する前記1つの旋転軸又は回転軸の移動を制御することにより、前記リード角又は前記トレーリング角が一定のままとし、
前記切削ツールのノーズは前記ツールホルダの前記旋転軸又は前記回転軸と同心に位置し、
前記切削ツールの前記リード角が、前記切削ツールと前記工作物との干渉を予測するのに用いられる、
前記工作機械。 - 前記切削ツールが、荒削り工程の際には第1のトレーリング角を定義し、仕上げ工程の際には該第1のトレーリング角とは異なる第2のトレーリング角を定義する、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記切削ツールが、前記ツールホルダの前記旋転軸又は前記回転軸と実質的に同心である切削ツール・ノーズ半径を含む、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記切削ツールが、前記工作物が第1の方向に回転する際には、前記工作物の前記中心線の片側に配置され、前記工作物が反対方向である第2の方向に回転する際には、前記工作物の前記中心線の反対側に配置される、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記切削ツールの逃げ角が、前記工作物の形状寸法に対して調整される、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記切削ツールの前記リード角が、前記工作物の形状寸法に対して調整される、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記切削ツールのすくい面が、前記ツールホルダの前記旋転軸又は前記回転軸に対して実質的に垂直である、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 工作機械のツール・レストに取り付けられた、プログラミング可能なツールホルダであって、少なくとも3つの互いに垂直な直線軸のうちの1つの直線軸に対する前記ツールホルダの工作物の周囲の移動と同期して特定位置に移動するようにプログラミング可能な1つの旋転軸又は回転軸とを有し、
前記ツールホルダを前記ツール・レストに保持するツール・スピンドルと、
切削ツールを支持するアダプタと、
を備え、
前記切削ツールが、クランプによって前記アダプタに保持されると共に、リード角又はトレーリング角を定義し、
前記少なくとも3つの互いに垂直な直線軸のうちの少なくとも1つの移動ベクトルが変更された場合、前記少なくとも3つの互いに垂直な直線軸に対する移動とは独立して、前記工作物に対する前記1つの旋転軸又は回転軸の移動を制御することにより、前記リード角又は前記トレーリング角が一定のままとし、
前記切削ツールのノーズは前記ツールホルダの前記旋転軸又は前記回転軸と同心に位置し、
前記切削ツールの前記リード角が、前記切削ツールと前記工作物との干渉を予測するのに用いられる、
前記ツールホルダ。 - 前記切削ツールが、荒削り工程の際には第1のトレーリング角を定義し、仕上げ工程の際には該第1のトレーリング角とは異なる第2のトレーリング角を定義する、請求項8に記載のツールホルダ。
- 前記切削ツールが、前記ツールホルダの前記旋転軸又は前記回転軸と実質的に同心である切削ツール・ノーズ半径を含む、請求項8に記載のツールホルダ。
- 前記切削ツールが、前記工作物が第1の方向に回転する際には、前記工作物の前記中心線の片側に配置され、前記工作物が反対方向である第2の方向に回転する際には、前記工作物の前記中心線の反対側に配置される、請求項8に記載のツールホルダ。
- ツール・レストに取り付けられると共に、工作物に対するリード角又はトレーリング角を定義する切削ツールを含む、ツールホルダと、を備える工作機械をプログラミングする方法であって、
前記切削ツールのノーズは前記ツールホルダの1つの旋転軸又は回転軸と同心に位置し、
前記切削ツールの前記リード角が、前記切削ツールと前記工作物との干渉を予測するのに用いられ、
前記方法は、
少なくとも3つの互いに垂直な直線軸のうちの1つの直線軸に対する前記ツールホルダの前記工作物の周囲の移動と同期して、前記工作物に対する前記旋転軸又は前記回転軸を特定位置に独立して移動するステップと、
前記直線軸のうちの少なくとも1つの移動ベクトルが変更される際に、前記リード角又は前記トレーリング角を一定に維持するステップと、
を含む前記方法。
