Claims (2)
- 電解質膜の両側に第1電極と該第1電極よりも表面積の大きな第2電極とが配設される電解質膜・電極構造体を、第1及び第2金属セパレータで挟持するとともに、積層方向に貫通して少なくとも一方の反応ガスを流す反応ガス連通孔が形成される燃料電池であって、
前記第1金属セパレータは、前記第1電極に向かう第1面に形成され、該第1電極に前記一方の反応ガスを供給する反応ガス流路と、
前記反応ガス連通孔から前記第1金属セパレータの第2面に一旦導入される前記一方の反応ガスを、前記第1面に移動させて前記反応ガス流路に供給するための貫通孔と、
を有するとともに、
前記第1金属セパレータに一体成形されるシール部材の前記第1電極側の面には、前記貫通孔から前記反応ガス流路に向かって前記一方の反応ガスを案内する流路溝と、
前記第1電極が直接接触する受け部と、
が、前記シール部材により交互に形成されることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池において、前記流路溝と前記反応ガス流路との間には、バッファ部が設けられることを特徴とする燃料電池。
