Description
分解反応によってシラノール基となり、当該シラノール基が、前記鋼材及び前記極性基の
うち少なくとも一方と結合している点にある。
極性基を有する電気絶縁性油として表2に示す物性を有するポリオールエステルを用い、カップリング剤として上記式(1)に示した化合物を用いて、上記の方法により磁性構造体の芯部材を作製し、表3に示す試験を行った。なお、作製した磁性構造体の芯部材には、積層鋼板2の上下の面、及び図4に示すそれぞれの鋼板1の周囲に、電気絶縁性油の被膜4が形成していることが確認できた。
このように、本発明に係る磁性構造体の芯部材は、いずれの場合も従来のものに比べて、耐食性が向上していることが分かった。
また、積層鋼板の直径を50mm、有効面積の割合を0.2とし、ポリオールエステルの被膜の厚みを10μmとして、ポリオールエステルの被膜が形成する抵抗を求めると、11.2MΩとなり高い絶縁性を有していることが確認できた。

Claims (7)
- 鋼材の表面に、極性基を有する電気絶縁性油の被膜を備え、前記極性基が前記鋼材とカップリング剤を介して結合され、前記カップリング剤が、イミダゾール基とアルコキシシリル基とを有する化合物であるシラン系カップリング剤である磁性構造体の芯部材。
- 前記鋼材は、鋼板であって、表面に前記被膜を形成させた前記鋼板を積層した請求項1に記載の磁性構造体の芯部材。
- 前記鋼材は、鋼板を積層した積層鋼板である請求項1に記載の磁性構造体の芯部材。
- 前記極性基を有する電気絶縁性油が、ポリオレフィン、ポリオールエステル、ジエステル、ポリエーテルから選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である請求項1に記載の磁性構造体の芯部材。
- 前記イミダゾール基が、前記鋼材と配位結合している請求項1に記載の磁性構造体の芯部材。
- 前記アルコキシシリル基は、加水分解反応によってシラノール基となり、当該シラノール基が、前記鋼材及び前記極性基のうち少なくとも一方と結合している請求項1に記載の磁性構造体の芯部材。
- 前記化合物は、前記アルコキシシリル基の加水分解反応によって生成したシラノール基の縮重合反応より、分子膜を形成している請求項1に記載の磁性構造体の芯部材。
