Claims (3)
- コンクリート中に埋設されたシース内にPC鋼材が挿通され、前記PC鋼材の緊張によりプレストレスが導入された後に、前記シース内にグラウト材が充填されるプレストレスコンクリート部材の電熱養生構造において、
前記シースに対して略平行な鉄筋が配設されているとともに、当該鉄筋の下部に沿って電熱線が設けられ、
前記シース内に充填されたグラウト材が5℃以上となるように前記電熱線からの発熱量並びに前記シースに対する前記鉄筋の配置が調整されていること
を特徴とするプレストレスコンクリート部材の電熱養生構造。 - 前記電熱線は、前記鉄筋の下部中央に沿って直線状に設けられ、又は前記鉄筋の下部中央に形成された嵌合溝に対して長手方向に連続して嵌合されてなること
を特徴とする請求項1記載のプレストレスコンクリート部材の電熱養生構造。 - コンクリート中に埋設されるシース内にPC鋼材を挿通し、前記PC鋼材の緊張に基づくプレストレスが導入された後に前記シース内にグラウト材を充填するプレストレスコンクリート部材の電熱養生方法において、
前記シースに対して略平行な鉄筋を予め配設するとともに、電熱線を前記鉄筋の下部に沿って設け、
前記シース内にグラウト材を充填する際に、前記電熱線を通電することにより前記鉄筋を加熱し、
前記シース内に充填されたグラウト材が5℃以上となるように前記電熱線からの発熱量並びに前記シースに対する前記鉄筋の配置を調整すること
を特徴とするプレストレスコンクリート部材の電熱養生方法。
