Claims (10)
- 混合器と、前記混合器に液体滅菌剤を供給する液体供給部と、前記混合器に気体を供給する気体供給部とを備える滅菌装置であって、前記混合器がハニカム状の多孔質体、及び前記多孔質体の外側に液体注入空間を形成するように前記多孔質体を囲む容器を備え、前記多孔質体が、前記液体滅菌剤を浸透させる多孔質の隔壁と、前記隔壁により仕切られ前記気体を通過させる流路と、前記多孔質体の内部に設置されたヒーターと、を有し、且つ前記容器が、前記液体注入空間に液体滅菌剤を注入する注入口を有し、前記流路内で生成する滅菌剤含有気体を所定空間に供給する滅菌装置。
- 前記多孔質体がその外周の両端部に、他の部分より開気孔率が低い緻密面を有し、前記混合器が、前記容器と前記緻密面との間をシールするシール部を備える請求項1に記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記多孔質体の流路が、両端部において開口している請求項1又は2に記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記多孔質体が、その外周に開口するスリットを有する請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の滅菌装置。
- 滅菌剤含有気体を供給する所定空間の湿度、温度及び容量に基づいて、前記混合器への液体滅菌剤の注入量を制御する制御装置を備える請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記混合器に供給される気体を加熱するヒーターを備える請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の滅菌装置。
- 液体滅菌剤が過酸化水素、ホルマリン、メチルアルコール及びエチルアルコールからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記所定空間からの気体を前記気体供給部に循環させる気体循環部を備える請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記所定空間が、医薬充填用の充填機又は飲用液体充填用の充填機の充填部分を外部雰囲気と隔絶するアイソレータである請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記所定空間が天井、側壁及び床により外部雰囲気と隔絶された空間であり、滅菌装置が前記天井又は側壁に設置されるものである請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の滅菌装置。
