- 前記装置が手前側の端部(340)と末端部(350)とを備えていること、および各端部が端部取付け具(600)を備え、その少なくとも一つがガス入出手段(690)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多層圧力容器。
- 少なくとも一つの前記取付け具が、蓋ネック(630)と、外側圧力ロックリング(660)と、保持リング(620)と、保持ワッシャー(650)とを備え、
前記蓋ネックが連結手段(640)と終端側(740)を備え、
前記外側圧力ロックリングが、前記蓋ネック連結手段に対して補完的な連結手段(670)を介して前記蓋ネックに連結しており、
前記保持リング(620)が、前記蓋ネックを覆ってスナップフィットしており、この保持リングの周囲に圧力容器体が巻き付けられており、前記保持リングが、前記蓋ネックと外側圧力ロックリングの間に挟まれており、
前記保持ワッシャー(650)が、前記保持リングを覆って配置されており、かつ前記圧力ロックリングと前記保持リングと前記蓋ネックとの間に挟まれていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の多層圧力容器。 - さらに、前記端部取付け具に連結し、かつ前記端部取付け具の間を延びている多数の調整ケーブル(860)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の多層圧力容器。
- さらに、前記装置の前記外側面に配置された多数のケーブル調整スリーブ(840)を備え、ケーブル調整スリーブが各々少なくとも一つの調整ケーブルを覆っていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の多層圧力容器。
- さらに、前記外側部分の内側面と前記内側部分の外側面との間に配置された多数のケーブル調整スリーブ(1020)を備え、前記ケーブル調整スリーブが各々少なくとも一つの調整ケーブルを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6記載の多層圧力容器。
- さらに、前記装置を他の多層圧力容器と流体伝達状態に置くためのホースを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の多層圧力容器。
- さらに、前記装置を他の多層圧力容器に連結するための少なくとも一つの連結手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 以下の工程、すなわち
(a)手前側の端部(340)と、末端部(350)と第一及び第二縁部(165),(195)とを有する細長い布地シート(100)を供給する工程、
(b)外側部分フラップ(280)と、外側通路(230)と、第一継目しろ(170)とを有する外側部分(110)を形成するために、第一縁部を下方に、かつシートの下方にもっていくことによりシートを折り重ねる工程、
(c)内側部分フラップ(270)と、内側通路(240)と、第二継目しろ(200)とを有する内側部分(130)を形成するために、かつ第一及び第二継目しろがオーバーラップし、同時に布地シートの部分(260)が、多層形状(20)を形成するために、内側及び外側部分のフラップと第一及び第二継目しろとの間に挟まれるように、第二縁部を上方にかつシートの上方にもっていくことにより再度シートを折り重ねる工程、
(d)多層形状の層を結合させる単一の主たる継目(250)を作るために、継目を縫い合わせる工程、
(e)引張り手段(310)を供給し、布地の手前側の端部(340)で、引張り手段を内側部分上方フラップ(270)に付す工程、
および
(f)手前側の端部(340)で内側部分を外側通路(230)内へ引張り、同時に次第にオーバーラップする外側及び内側通路にわたり、外側部分の末端部(350)を引っ張ることにより外側部分(110)を裏返し、それにより装置を裏返し、かつ主たる継目(250)を、この継目が外側部分(110)と内側部分(130)との間に挟まれるように内側に引張る工程を備えていることを特徴とする多層圧力容器を製造する方法。 - 工程(e)において引張り手段が紐であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 工程(a)がほぼ縦方向の中央線を有する可撓性材料シートを供給することから成り、この中央線がシートをほぼ長方形の内側および外側部分に分割することを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 工程(a)がほぼ縦方向の中央線を有する可撓性材料シートを供給することから成り、この中央線が前記シートを、台形を有する内側部分と、台形を有する外側部分とに分割することを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 請求項11に従い製造される多層圧力容器。
- 請求項13に従い製造される多層圧力容器。
- 請求項14に従い製造される多層圧力容器。
