Description
以下、本発明の電極板搬送装置の第1の実施形態について、図1〜図5に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、以下においては、説明の便宜上、図1の紙面左右方向をX方向、紙面直交方向をY方向、紙面上下方向(鉛直方向)をZ方向として説明するものとする。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について、図6〜図9に基づいて説明する。なお、本第2の実施形態は、旋回部12の回転駆動を自動で行う点が、上述した第1の実施形態と相違している。したがって、以下においては、当該相違点を中心に説明し、第1の実施形態と同一又は同等の構成についての説明は省略するものとする。

Claims (10)
- 電解槽の上方まで水平移動され、その位置で昇降して多数の電極板を前記電解槽に出し入れする電極板搬送装置であって、
鉛直方向上方から吊り下げ支持される固定フレームと、
前記電極板を吊り下げ保持する複数の保持部材を有し、前記固定フレームにより前記鉛直方向回りの回転方向に回転可能に保持された旋回部と、
前記固定フレームと前記旋回部との間に設けられ、前記鉛直方向に垂直な水平面内の一軸方向に沿った駆動力を前記旋回部に付与して、前記旋回部を前記回転方向に駆動し、前記各保持部材に保持されている前記電極板の、前記電解槽に対する前記回転方向に関する姿勢を変更する駆動機構と、を備える電極板搬送装置。 - 前記旋回部は、
前記固定フレームの上方に設けられ、前記駆動機構による駆動力を受けて前記鉛直方向回りに回転する旋回フレームと、
前記固定フレームの下方に設けられ、前記保持部材が設けられた基底フレームと、
前記旋回フレームと前記基底フレームとを連結する連結部材と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極板搬送装置。 - 前記駆動機構は、
前記固定フレームに設けられた回転モータと、
該回転モータの回転軸に設けられた、前記一軸方向に延びるネジ部と、
該ネジ部に螺合されたナット部と、
前記ネジ部の回転に応じて前記回転軸に沿って移動する前記ナット部の駆動力を、前記旋回部の重心位置から前記水平面内で前記一軸方向に交差する方向に外れた位置に伝達する伝達部材と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電極板搬送装置。 - 前記回転モータに一定以上の負荷がかかった場合に、前記回転モータの回転力の前記ネジ部への伝達を遮断する過負荷保護機構を更に備える請求項3に記載の電極板搬送装置。
- 前記駆動機構は、前記固定フレームの重心に対して対称な位置に、一対設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電極板搬送装置。
- 前記固定フレームと前記旋回部との間に設けられ、前記旋回部を前記鉛直方向回りの回転方向にガイドするガイド機構を更に備える請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電極板搬送装置。
- 前記ガイド機構は、
前記固定フレームに固定された円弧形状を有するガイド部材と、
前記旋回部に固定され、前記ガイド部材に沿ってスライド移動するスライダ部材と、を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電極板搬送装置。 - 前記ガイド機構は、前記スライダ部材のスライド範囲を規制するストッパ部を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電極板搬送装置。
- 前記旋回部と前記電解槽との相対角度を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段により検出された前記相対角度に基づいて前記駆動機構を制御して、前記旋回部を前記回転方向に駆動する駆動制御手段と、を更に備える請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電極板搬送装置。 - 前記検出手段は、
前記電解槽の角度を示すマーカーと、
前記旋回部に設けられ、前記マーカーを撮像する撮像手段と、
前記撮像結果に基づいて、前記旋回部と前記電解槽との相対角度を算出する算出手段と、を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電極板搬送装置。
