Description
図1に示すようなメタン発酵処理装置を用い、本発明のメタン発酵処理方法を用いて連続運転を行なった。メタン発酵槽13としては容量5リットルの発酵槽を使用し、発酵温度は55℃とし、スラリーの滞留時間(HRT)は5日、10日、20日とした。また、有機性廃棄物としては、表2に示す性状のスラリー1〜3を使用した。なお、表2におけるTS濃度とは固形分濃度を意味し、VS濃度とは有機物濃度を意味する。
図1に示すようなメタン発酵処理装置を用い、本発明のメタン発酵処理方法を用いて連続運転を行なった。メタン発酵槽13としては容量5リットルの発酵槽を使用した。

Claims (3)
- 有機性廃棄物をスラリー調整槽にてスラリー化してメタン発酵槽内に投入し、前記メタン発酵層内で前記スラリーをメタン発酵処理してバイオガス等の資源を回収するメタン発酵処理方法であって、
前記スラリー調整槽における前記スラリーの油脂濃度、及び油脂に含まれる飽和脂肪酸の割合を測定し、
前記スラリーの油脂濃度、及び油脂に含まれる飽和脂肪酸の割合に応じて、前記スラリーの希釈率を設定することにより、前記スラリーの油脂濃度を調整することを特徴とするメタン発酵処理方法。 - 有機性廃棄物をスラリー調整槽にてスラリー化してメタン発酵槽内に投入し、前記メタン発酵槽内で前記スラリーをメタン発酵処理してバイオガス等の資源を回収するメタン発酵処理方法であって、
前記スラリー調整槽における前記スラリーの油脂濃度、及び油脂に含まれる飽和脂肪酸の割合を測定し、
前記スラリーの油脂濃度、及び油脂に含まれる飽和脂肪酸の割合に応じて、メタン発酵処理における前記スラリーの滞留時間を調整することを特徴とするメタン発酵処理方法。 - 有機性廃棄物をスラリー調整槽にてスラリー化してメタン発酵槽内に投入し、前記メタン発酵槽内で前記スラリーをメタン発酵処理してバイオガス等の資源を回収するメタン発酵処理方法であって、
前記スラリー調整槽における前記スラリーの油脂濃度、及び油脂に含まれる飽和脂肪酸の割合を測定し、
前記スラリーの油脂濃度、及び油脂に含まれる飽和脂肪酸の割合に応じて、前記スラリーの希釈率を設定することにより、前記スラリーの油脂濃度を調整すると共に、メタン発酵処理における前記スラリーの滞留時間を調整することを特徴とするメタン発酵処理方法。
