Description
測する計測装置13が設けられている。この計測装置13の計測データは制御器15に入力される。制御器15には各有機性廃棄物1a,1b,1c…の性状データ(含水率、TS(全固形分)濃度、VS(揮発性固形分)濃度、BVS(生分解性揮発性固形分)濃度、CODCr、C/N(炭素/窒素)比など)及び受入量が入力される。制御器15は、入力されたデータと、予め設定された指標値適正範囲とに基づいて、フィーダー3a,3b,3c…による各有機性廃棄物供給量、希釈水供給装置6による希釈水注入量、薬注装置による無機塩類及びpH調整剤供給量を制御する。

Claims (1)
- 複数種類の有機性廃棄物を受け入れて湿式メタン発酵処理する湿式メタン発酵処理施設の運転方法において、
湿式メタン発酵槽の指標値が所定範囲となるように各有機性廃棄物の供給量又は混合比を制御する湿式メタン発酵処理施設の運転方法であって、
前記指標値は、pH、アルカリ度及び有機酸濃度であり、pH及びアルカリ度の少なくとも一方が所定範囲外であるときに有機酸濃度を測定し、この結果に基づいて各有機性廃棄物の供給量又は混合比を制御することを特徴とする湿式メタン発酵処理施設の運転方法。
