Claims (2)
- 炭化水素改質装置において炭化水素を原料として水素含有ガスを製造する際に、上記炭化水素改質装置のうち、400〜850℃の生成ガスと接触すると共に上記炭化水素改質装置のスタートアップ時及びシャットダウン時に窒素ガスと接触する部位に用いられる構成部材であって、
上記構成部材がニッケル基合金からなり、少なくとも上記構成部材の上記生成ガス及び上記窒素ガスとの接触面に、アルミニウム拡散浸透金属として鉄−アルミニウム合金粉末を用いるカロライジング処理を施すことにより、上記接触面に剥離し難いアルミニウム拡散浸透層を形成したことを特徴とする炭化水素改質装置用部材。 - 上記アルミニウム拡散浸透層の最表面のアルミニウム濃度が15〜35重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素改質装置用部材。
