Abstract
【解決手段】炭化水素改質装置10において炭化水素を原料として水素含有ガスを製造する際に、400〜850℃の水素含有ガスと接触する部位に用いられる構成部材16、18、13Bであって、上記構成部材16、18、13Bの水素含有ガスとの接触面に、アルミニウム拡散浸透金属粉末として鉄−アルミニウム合金粉末を用いるカロライジング処理を施すことにより、上記接触面に剥離し難いアルミニウム拡散浸透層を形成した。

寸法形状:外径48.3×内径40.9×肉厚3.7×長さ6200mm
2.カロライジング処理条件
a.浸透剤の組成
鉄−アルミニウム(50重量%)合金粉末:65重量%
アルミナ粉末:34重量%
塩化アンモニウム粉末:1.0重量%
b.処理温度:1030℃
c.処理時間:15時間
3.アルミニウム拡散浸透層の厚み:110μm
4.アルミニウム拡散浸透層の表面アルミニウム濃度:32重量%
1.カロライジング処理条件
a.浸透剤の組成
鉄−アルミニウム(50重量%)合金粉末:65重量%
アルミナ粉末:34重量%
塩化アンモニウム粉末:1.0重量%
b.処理温度:1000℃
c.処理時間:15時間
d.アルミニウム拡散浸透層の厚み:150μm
e.アルミニウム拡散浸透層の表面アルミニウム濃度:28重量%

Claims (2)
- 炭化水素改質装置において炭化水素を原料として水素含有ガスを製造する際に、400〜850℃の生成ガスと接触する部位に用いられる構成部材であって、
少なくとも上記構成部材の上記生成ガスとの接触面に、アルミニウム拡散浸透金属として鉄−アルミニウム合金粉末を用いるカロライジング処理を施すことにより、上記接触面に剥離し難いアルミニウム拡散浸透層を形成したことを特徴とする炭化水素改質装置用部材。 - 上記アルミニウム拡散浸透層の最表面のアルミニウム濃度が15〜35重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素改質装置用部材。
