Description
本出願は、2003年6月13日に出願され、中国特許出願番号が第03247291.9号であって、名称が「リチウムイオン電池」であり、引用によってこの明細書に組み込まれる中国特許出願の優先権を主張するものである。
本発明の別の観点によれば、充電式電池であって、2つの端部が備わった細長い長方形を有し、複数の接点開口、複数の検査開口、上記2つの端部のそれぞれにおけるねじ開口、および上記2つの端部のそれぞれにおける位置決め切欠を有しており、プラスチックまたはゴムを使用して射出成形によって作られたカバーと、一方側面に、上記電池に接触するための接点と上記電池を検査するための検査点とを有しており、過充電、過放電および過大電流を防ぐ機能をもたらす、PCBの上における電池保護回路と、上記カバーの形状に実質的に一致する細長い長方形を有している電池芯体と、上記電池芯体と上記電池保護回路との間に接続され、温度検出機能をもたらす安全ユニットと、上記電池芯体と上記カバーとの間に置かれた構造支持部とを備えてなり、上記電池芯体が、1つの金属製外側シェルと、上記電池芯体を密封するために上記電池芯体の上記外側シェルに溶接された上面板とを有し、この上面板が、0.3ミリメートル〜0.6ミリメートルの厚さを有し、かつ、その上に配置された端子、放出弁、充填穴、位置決め穴およびねじ穴を有しており、上記構造支持部と上記カバーとが上記電池保護回路を収容しており、上記カバーが上記電池保護回路を覆い、また、上記カバーと上記電池保護回路とが上記電池芯体に固定されて一体型電池が形成されており、さらに、上記電池芯体が、上記電池保護回路に接続されかつ上記電池保護回路を通じて上記カバーを介して露出された板に接触する正極端子および負極端子を有している充電式電池が提供される。
Claims (19)
- 充電式電池であって、
2つの端部を有し、複数の接点開口、複数の検査開口、上記2つの端部のそれぞれにおけるねじ開口、および上記2つの端部のそれぞれにおける位置決め切欠を有しているカバーと、
PCBの第1側面に、上記電池に接触するための接点と上記電池を検査するための検査点とを有している、PCBの上における電池保護回路と、
電池芯体と、
上記電池芯体と上記電池保護回路との間に接続され、温度検出機能をもたらす安全ユニットとを備えてなり、
上記電池芯体が、外側シェルと、上記電池芯体を密封するために上記電池芯体の外側シェルに溶接された上面板とを有し、かつ、上記上面板が、端子、放出弁、充填穴、位置決め穴およびねじ穴を有し、上記カバーが上記電池保護回路を覆い、また、上記カバーと上記電池保護回路とが上記電池芯体に固定されて一体型電池が形成されており、さらに、上記PCBが、上記電池保護回路を上記電池芯体に電気的に導通させるための少なくとも1つの接点構造の備わった第2側面を有している充電式電池。 - 上記上面板が、0.3ミリメートル〜0.6ミリメートルの厚さを有している請求項1に記載の充電式電池。
- 上記電池保護回路が、上記安全ユニットと相互作用する請求項1に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバー、上記電池保護回路および上記電池芯体が、細長い楕円形である請求項1に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバー、上記電池保護回路および上記電池芯体が、細長い楕円形である請求項2に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバー、上記電池保護回路および上記電池芯体が、細長い楕円形である請求項3に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバーが、射出成形法を使用してゴムまたはプラスチックによって先ず作られる請求項1に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバーが、上記カバーの底部に位置決め切欠を有し、この位置決め切欠が、上記電池芯体における位置決め穴に対応している請求項1に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記電池芯体と上記カバーとの間に構造支持部が置かれ、この構造支持部と上記カバーとが上記電池保護回路を収容している請求項1に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記上面板が、0.3ミリメートル〜0.6ミリメートルの厚さを有している請求項9に記載の充電式電池。
- 上記電池保護回路が、上記電池芯体と上記電池保護回路との間に接続された安全ユニットと相互作用し、その安全ユニットが温度検出機能をもたらす請求項9に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバー、上記電池保護回路および上記電池芯体が、細長い楕円形である請求項9に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバー、上記電池保護回路および上記電池芯体が、細長い楕円形である請求項10に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバー、上記電池保護回路および上記電池芯体が、細長い楕円形である請求項11に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバーが、射出成形法を使用してゴムまたはプラスチックによって先ず作られる請求項9に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバーが、上記カバーの底部に位置決め切欠を有し、この位置決め切欠が、上記電池芯体における位置決め穴に対応している請求項9に記載された充電式電池。

上記電池芯体が、1つの金属製外側シェルと、上記電池芯体を密封するために上記電池芯体の上記外側シェルに溶接された上面板とを有し、この上面板が、0.3ミリメートル〜0.6ミリメートルの厚さを有し、かつ、その上に配置された端子、放出弁、充填穴、位置決め穴およびねじ穴を有しており、
上記構造支持部と上記カバーとが上記電池保護回路を収容しており、
上記カバーが上記電池保護回路を覆い、また、上記カバーと上記電池保護回路とが上記電池芯体に固定されて一体型電池が形成されており、さらに、上記電池芯体が、上記電池保護回路に接続されかつ上記電池保護回路を通じて上記カバーを介して露出された板に接触する正極端子および負極端子を有している充電式電池。 - 上記電池保護回路が、上記安全ユニットと相互作用する請求項17に記載された充電式電池。
- 上記カバーと上記構造支持部とがヒンジによって連結され、かつ、上記カバー、上記構造支持部および上記ヒンジが、単一ユニットとして射出成形されている請求項17に記載された充電式電池。
