Description
一般にタービン翼の表面(特に腹面13)には翼端から翼根に向かう二次流れが存在し、この二次流れによって圧力損失が発生してタービン翼の性能を低下させることが知られている。図7(A)および図7(B)はタービン翼の表面に沿う流体の流れを示すもので、図7(A)は比較例に対応し、図7(B)は実施例に対応する。比較例および実施例には共に翼端から翼根に向かう二次流れが存在するが、実施例の方が主流の流れ方向に対する流線の傾斜が小さく、翼根に向かう二次流れが減少していることが分かる。この二次流れの減少は、主として腹面13の後縁12近傍に設けられた第1、第2ベント部Q1,Q2によって実現される。

Claims (3)
- 前縁(11)および後縁(12)間に正圧を発生する腹面(13)および負圧を発生する背面(14)を備えた軸流型回転流体機械の翼において、
後縁(12)部のキャンバーライン(CLo)は、腹面(13)側にベントする第1ベント部(Q1)と、該第1ベント部(Q1)の後方に位置して背面(14)側にベントする第2ベント部(Q2)とを備え、第2ベント部(Q2)の曲率は翼根側から翼端側に向かって減少することを特徴とする軸流型回転流体機械の翼。 - 第1ベント部(Q1)の位置は、前縁(11)の位置を0%として後縁(12)の位置を100%とするアキシャルコードで90%よりも後方であり、少なくとも翼根部において第2ベント部(Q2)の直ぐ後方のキャンバーライン(CLo)の傾きは、第1ベント部(Q1)の直ぐ前方のキャンバーライン(CLo)の傾きに略一致していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸流型回転流体機械の翼。
- 後縁(12)近傍の腹面(13)に一つの変曲点(P5)を有し、その前方の腹面(13)に二つ以上の変曲点(P1〜P4)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸流型回転流体機械の翼。
