Claims (14)
- 他の構造部品の空洞内にあって、回転するとともに液体を導くための中空軸の軸線方向後端部位の近傍で、前記構造部品と前記中空軸との間に配置された封止リングによる封止構造であって、
前記封止リングは、前記空洞内に一部が嵌合されるとともに、前記中空軸の端部近傍の外周に当接する封止リップを持って造られ、前記封止リングは、中空軸の端部を超えて軸線方向の後方に突出して造られ、その突出する範囲によって囲繞された領域に、液体を濾過する濾過手段および液体の流体断面積を決定する手段またはそのいずれか一方の手段が配置されており、
流体を前記濾過手段および液体の流体断面積を決定する手段またはそのいずれか一方の手段を介して導くとともに、前記突出する範囲に対向する封止リングの軸線方向側の空間へ流体が流出することを防止する封止構造。 - 前記封止リングが、ポリマー材料から成るエラストマー部品を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止構造。
- 前記封止リングが、補強部品を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の封止構造。
- 前記補強部品が、エラストマー部品によって囲繞されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の封止構造。
- 前記補強部品が、封止リングの軸線方向に突出した範囲内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4のいずれかに記載の封止構造。
- 前記補強部品が、中空円柱状に造られていることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の封止構造。
- 前記補強部品の封止リップに向けられた中空シリンダの軸端部が、半径方向に内側に向かって縮径しながらリング状に連続することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の封止構造。
- 前記補強部品が、金属から造られていることを特徴とする請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の封止構造。
- 前記補強部品が、樹脂から造られていることを特徴とする請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の封止構造。
- 前記濾過手段が、ディスク状に造られていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の封止構造。
- 前記濾過手段が、細目の篩いとして造られていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の封止構造。
- 前記流体断面積を決定する手段が、環状に造られていることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の封止構造。
- 前記流体断面積を決定する手段にディスク状孔が穿設されたことを特徴とする範囲を含む請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の封止構造。
- 前記流体断面積を決定する手段の中央領域は、たらい状をしており、たらいの縁部分が軸線方向に中空シリンダ状に延設されると共に、たらいの底にディスク状孔が穿設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の封止構造。
