Description
アノード触媒金属として白金−ルテニウム合金を、超純粋蒸溜水及びエチレングリコール20質量%ナフィオンイオノマー溶液(Dupon社製造)を分散させた溶液に分散させて、スラリーを製造した後、50μm厚さのカプトンフィルム上に塗布及び乾燥させてアノード触媒層転写膜を製造した。触媒の濃度は、白金−ルテニウム含量を基準として6mg/cm2になるようにアノード触媒層を形成した。
アノード触媒層転写膜、カソード触媒層転写膜、及び電解質膜の予熱時間を6分としたことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法により触媒コーティング電解質膜を製造した。製造された触媒コーティング電解質膜の表面写真を図3Bに示した。
アノード触媒層転写膜、カソード触媒層転写膜、及び電解質膜の予熱工程を実施しない点を除いては、実施例1と同じ方法により触媒コーティング電解質膜を製造した。製造された触媒コーティング電解質膜の表面写真を図1A及び図1Bに示した。
Claims (10)
- アノード触媒層形成用の組成物を支持膜に塗布及び乾燥して、アノード触媒層転写膜を製造する段階と、
カソード触媒層形成用の組成物を支持膜に塗布及び乾燥して、カソード触媒層転写膜を製造する段階と、
Na+形態の電解質膜に前処理工程を行い、H+形態の電解質膜を製造する段階と、
前記アノード触媒層転写膜、前記カソード触媒層転写膜、及び前記電解質膜を、常圧下で予熱する段階と、
前記アノード触媒層転写膜、前記電解質膜、及び前記カソード触媒層転写膜を順次積層し、ホットプレス工程によって、前記アノード触媒層及び前記カソード触媒層を前記電解質膜にそれぞれ転写する段階と、
を含み、
前記常圧下で予熱する段階は、常圧下で前記ホットプレス工程と同じ温度に予熱する段階であることを特徴とする、触媒コーティング電解質膜の製造方法。 - 前記前処理工程は、前記Na+形態の電解質膜を、H2O2溶液、H2SO4溶液及び脱イオン水に順次浸漬させた後、乾燥させる工程であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の触媒コーティング電解質膜の製造方法。
- 前記H2O2溶液の濃度は、5体積%〜15体積%であり、
前記H2SO4溶液のH2SO4のモル数は、0.5mol〜2molであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の触媒コーティング電解質膜の製造方法。 - 前記H2O2溶液への浸漬時間は、1時間〜1時間30分であり、
前記H2SO4溶液への浸漬時間は、30分〜1時間30分であり、
前記脱イオン水への浸漬時間は、1時間〜2時間であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の触媒コーティング電解質膜の製造方法。 - 前記乾燥は、50℃〜70℃の温度で30分〜1時間行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電解質膜の製造方法。
- 前記予熱を行う段階では、100℃〜140℃の温度で2分〜10分間予熱を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の触媒コーティング電解質膜の製造方法。
- 前記ホットプレス工程は、100℃〜140℃の温度で、0.1t/inch2〜1.5t/inch2の圧力を加え、5分〜10分間行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の触媒コーティング電解質膜の製造方法。
- 前記ホットプレス工程は、100℃〜140℃の温度で、0.1t/inch2〜1.0t/inch2の圧力を加え、5分〜10分間行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の触媒コーティング電解質膜の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜8に記載の製造方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする、触媒コーティング電解質膜。
- 請求項9に記載の触媒コーティング電解質膜を含むことを特徴とする、燃料電池。
