Claims (7)
- 電線が重ねられる底壁と、該底壁の両縁から立設して前記電線の被覆部をかしめるかしめ片と、を有する端子金具が互いに平行に等間隔をあけて並列に配置されているとともに、これらの端子金具が連ねられて構成された端子連鎖体であって、
隣り合う前記端子金具の前記かしめ片同士が、前記端子金具の長手方向に沿って前記かしめ片の前記長手方向の長さ以上互いにずらされていることを特徴とする端子連鎖体。 - 前記電線が、互いに間隔をあけて平行に配された複数の導体を被覆部で覆ったフラット回路体であるとともに、該フラット回路体の導体ピッチと前記端子連鎖体の端子ピッチとが一致していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子連鎖体。
- 帯状の連結片と、該連結片に連なりかつ互いに平行に等間隔であるとともに前記連結片からの距離が等しく並列に配置された複数の前記端子金具と、を有した組立前端子連鎖体を複数備え、かつ、
前記複数の組立前端子連鎖体同士は、前記連結片と前記端子金具との距離が互いに異なり、かつ、それぞれの端子ピッチが互いに等しく形成され、
前記一つの組立前端子連鎖体の互いに隣り合う前記端子金具間に、前記他の組立前端子連鎖体の前記端子金具が位置するとともに、互いに隣り合う前記端子金具間の間隔が等しくなるように、前記連結片同士が重ねられて構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の端子連鎖体。 - 電線が重ねられる底壁と該底壁の両縁から立設して前記電線の被覆部をかしめるかしめ片とを有し、かつ、互いに平行に間隔をあけて配置された複数の端子金具各々を、前記電線に一括圧着するクリンパであって、
前記かしめ片をかしめるための凹部を複数有しているとともに、前記端子金具の幅方向に沿って隣り合う前記凹部同士が、前記端子金具の長手方向に沿って互いにずらされていることを特徴とするクリンパ。 - 一つ置きに配置された前記凹部が、前記端子金具の幅方向に沿って同列に並ぶことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のクリンパ。
- 端子金具を互いに平行に間隔をあけて並列に配置しているとともに、これらの端子金具が連ねられて構成される端子連鎖体の製造方法であって、
帯状の連結片と、該連結片に連なりかつ互いに平行に等間隔であるとともに前記連結片からの距離が等しく並列に配置された複数の前記端子金具と、を有した複数の組立前端子連鎖体で、かつ、複数の組立前端子連鎖体同士の前記連結片と前記端子金具との距離が互いに異なるとともにそれぞれの端子ピッチが互いに等しく形成された複数の組立前端子連鎖体を製造し、
前記一つの組立前端子連鎖体の互いに隣り合う前記端子金具間に、前記他の組立前端子連鎖体の前記端子金具が位置するとともに、互いに隣り合う前記端子金具間の間隔が等しくなるように、前記複数の組立前端子連鎖体の前記連結片同士を重ねて組み立てることを特徴とする端子連鎖体の製造方法。 - 互いに間隔をあけて平行に配された複数の導体を被覆部で覆ったフラット回路体と、底壁の両縁から立設して前記フラット回路体の前記被覆部をかしめるかしめ片と相手側の端子金具が接続される電気接触部とを有する複数の端子金具と、が接続された複数の端子金具とフラット回路体の接続構造であって、
複数の前記端子金具を互いに平行に等間隔をあけて連結した連結片を有する端子連鎖体の前記連結片が切断されて形成されたものであり、
前記端子連鎖体は、全ての前記電気接触部が一列に並べられ、隣り合う前記かしめ片同士が前記端子金具の長手方向に沿って互いにずらされることで複数の前記かしめ片が千鳥状に配置され、前記かしめ片のピッチが前記フラット回路体の導体ピッチと一致しており、
複数の前記端子金具が前記連結片に連結された状態において、複数の前記端子金具の前記各電気接触部が前記フラット回路体の長手方向と平行に配置されて、複数の前記端子金具の前記各かしめ片が前記フラット回路体の前記被覆部をかしめる
ことを特徴とする複数の端子金具とフラット回路体の接続構造。
