Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention consolidates rose aggregates on the surface of the lower roadbed, forms a consolidated non-landing correction layer with a smooth surface, and lays an artificial turf mat on the non-consolidating non-land correction layer The present invention relates to an artificial turf surface pavement method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in such artificial pavement pavement, water-permeable asphalt is used on the lower roadbed, that is, on the crushed stone pavement in the case of new artificial pavement pavement, or on the existing ground when overlaying the artificial turf surface on the existing ground It was paved with concrete (so-called permeable ascon) and an artificial turf mat was laid on this permeable ascon layer. That is, in this water-permeable ascon, the caking agent that consolidates and aggregates rose aggregate is asphalt, and a mixture of aggregate and asphalt (caking agent) is paved on the lower roadbed, and after ascon curing, This produced a consolidated non-landing correction layer in which aggregates were consolidated and integrated.
[0003]
In addition, there is a method in which a rose aggregate is spread on a lower roadbed and then an adhesive resin is sprayed as a solidifying agent so that the rose aggregate is consolidated and integrated to form a consolidated non-landing correction layer.
[0004]
Such a consolidation non-land correction layer is essential for facilitating the subsequent laying of the artificial turf mat. That is, if there is no consolidation / landing correction layer, the aggregate layer can be uneven by heavy machinery operation or the like when laying the artificial turf mat, and the finished artificial turf surface will be uneven and unusable. Moreover, the conventional consolidation non-land | rectification correction layer was formed on the premise of maintaining a solidification hardening state permanently.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in recent years, the poor cushioning property of the artificial turf surface has become a problem for the health of sports players.
[0006]
Therefore, in order to improve the cushioning property of the artificial turf surface, the artificial turf mat is devised, and the sand to be planted on the base of the artificial turf mat is mixed with fine sand and / or fine rubber chips to make the natural turf cushion feel. I was trying to get closer. For this reason, the cost of the artificial turf mat itself to be laid and the labor and cost associated with the laying work have been pushed up.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to obtain an artificial turf surface pavement method that has both cushioning properties and water permeability and can reduce costs.
[0008]
In order to achieve this object, the artificial turf surface pavement method of the present invention is provided with an aggregate of an aggregate in the form of an emulsion in which the aggregate of roses is spread on the surface of the lower roadbed, and exhibits a temporal disintegration after curing. The artificial turf mat is laid on the consolidated non-landing correction layer in which the aggregates of roses are integrated by curing the caking agent, and after the artificial turf mat is laid. The aggregate of the non-consolidated non-landing correction layer is separated by the decay of the hardened solidifying agent over time.
[0009]
The present invention is a conversion of the idea to the conventional artificial turf surface pavement method that the consolidated non-land correction layer is to permanently maintain the cured state, and the lower layer non-land correction after artificial turf mat laying This is based on the idea that if the aggregate in the layer is different, the cushioning property can be improved without mixing special rubber chips into the artificial turf pile. It uses a binder. Thereby, a low-cost artificial turf mat having an appropriate cushioning property can be used without using a high-cost artificial turf in which fine rubber chips are mixed in an artificial turf pile. Moreover, the cost concerning collection | recovery and disposal of fine rubber | gum at the time of repair can be reduced.
[0010]
In the present specification, the term “disintegration with time” means that the cured state is gradually lost with the passage of time, and the aggregates of the rose consolidated and integrated by the caking agent gradually vary.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
FIGS. 1A to 1D show the steps of pavement by the artificial turf surface pavement method according to the present invention. According to the method of the present invention, a small aggregate of small aggregates is applied to the surface of the lower roadbed, in the illustrated embodiment, for example, the crushed stone layer 1 (see FIG. 1A) having a thickness of about 150 to about 200 mm. A loose aggregate layer 2 (see FIG. 1B) having a thickness of 0 to about 20 mm is formed by spreading.
[0013]
Next, this rose aggregate layer 2 emulsion-like caking agent, which exhibits disintegration over time after curing, is sprayed on the aggregate layer whose surface is flattened, and the caking agent is cured to cause the caking agent to harden. 2A is formed (see (c) of FIG. 1). For example, an emulsion of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin is used as such a caking agent that exhibits disintegration with time after curing.
[0014]
The artificial turf mat 3 is directly laid on the consolidation non-land correction layer 2A (see FIG. 1D), or is laid after interposing a drainage mat as necessary. With this consolidated non-landing correction layer 2A, it is possible to lay the artificial turf mat 3 cleanly (flatly) without unevenness withstanding the load of heavy equipment and workers when laying the artificial turf mat 3. After the artificial turf mat 3 is laid, the aggregate of the consolidated non-landing correction layer 2A gradually varies due to the decay of the hardened caking agent over time (see FIG. 1 (e)).
[0015]
The loose aggregate layer 2 allows the artificial turf surface to have an appropriate cushioning property. However, as a matter of course, an artificial turf surface containing fine-grained rubber chips and / or sand can be used as required.
[0016]
As another example, the consolidation non-land correction layer 2A is formed by spreading a fluid obtained by kneading the aggregate of roses and a solidification agent in an emulsion state and exhibiting a temporal disintegration property after curing. By curing and curing, the aggregates of roses can be consolidated and integrated to form a consolidated non-landing correction layer having a flat surface.
[0017]
Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment, the caking agent that consolidates and aggregates the aggregates of roses is adjusted according to the use location of the artificial turf surface, and the hardened state lasts for a long time in easily damaged areas. A caking agent whose components are adjusted to have
[0018]
As described above, the embodiment has been described in which a new crushed stone layer 1 is provided as a lower roadbed. Can be applied.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, after the artificial turf mat is laid, the hardening state of the caking agent in the lower caking and non-landing correction layer collapses with the passage of time and aggregates are broken. Compared to the presence of a partially consolidated water-permeable ascon layer, this loose aggregate layer can impart an appropriate cushioning property to the artificial turf surface. As a result, it is possible to use a low-cost artificial turf mat with appropriate cushioning properties without using a high-cost artificial turf in which fine rubber chips are mixed in an artificial turf pile. The cost for recovery and disposal of the granular rubber can be reduced.
