Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置の全体構成図である。
式(1)中、MLは堆積量、ΔPは前後差圧、μは捕集器4を通過する排出ガスの粘度、vは捕集器4を通過する排出ガスの流速、ρは捕集器4を通過する排出ガスの密度、A、B、C、Dは定数である。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。図4は本発明の第2実施形態に係る内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置の全体構成図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一もしくは均等部分には同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
上記各実施形態では、捕集器4を通過する排出ガスのO2濃度を考慮して堆積量を算出したが、O2濃度の代わりにCO2濃度を考慮して堆積量を算出してもよい。因みに、CO2の場合は、CO2濃度が低くなるほど排出ガスの粘度μが高くなり、その結果、前述した式(1)にて算出される堆積量MLは、CO2濃度が低くなるほど少なくなる。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関(1)から排出される排出ガス中の排気微粒子を捕集する捕集器(4)と、前記捕集器(4)への排気微粒子の堆積量を算出する堆積量算出手段(S107)とを備え、前記堆積量算出手段(S107)にて算出した堆積量が所定値に達すると前記捕集器(4)に堆積した排気微粒子を燃焼させて前記捕集器(4)の再生を行う内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置であって、
前記捕集器(4)の前後差圧を検出する差圧センサ(63)と、
前記捕集器(4)を通過する排出ガスの温度を検出する温度センサ(61、62)と、
前記捕集器(4)を通過する排出ガス中のO 2 濃度を求めるガス成分算出手段(S103)と、
前記温度センサ(61、62)にて検出した排出ガスの温度および前記ガス成分算出手段(S103)にて求めたO 2 濃度に基づいて前記捕集器(4)を通過する排出ガスの粘度を求める粘度算出手段(S106)を備え、
前記堆積量算出手段(S107)は、前記差圧センサ(63)にて検出した前後差圧および前記粘度算出手段(S106)にて求めた粘度に基づいて、前記粘度が高くなるほど堆積量が少なくなるように堆積量を算出することを特徴とする内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置。 - 前記ガス成分算出手段(S103)は、前記内燃機関(1)の運転状態に基づいて前記O2濃度を推定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 前記ガス成分算出手段(S103)は、前記O2濃度を検出するガス成分センサ(64)の出力値に基づいて前記O2濃度を求めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 前記ガス成分センサ(64)は、前記捕集器(4)よりもガス流れ上流側のみに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 前記ガス成分センサ(64)は、前記捕集器(4)よりもガス流れ下流側のみに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 前記ガス成分センサ(64)は、前記捕集器(4)よりもガス流れ上流側および前記捕集器(4)よりもガス流れ下流側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置。
- 前記堆積量算出手段(S107)は、堆積量の算出の仕方が、前記捕集器(4)の再生時と非再生時とで異なることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関用排出ガス浄化装置。
