Claims (5)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材を本体ゴム弾性体で連結すると共に、互いに当接することで該第一の取付部材と該第二の取付部材の相対変位量を緩衝的に制限するストッパ機構を設けた防振ゴム装置において、
前記ストッパ機構における一対の当接面を何れもストッパゴムで形成すると共に、それぞれの該当接面には直線的に延びる凹凸条を平行に多数形成し、且つ一方の該当接面における該凹凸条と他方の該当接面における該凹凸条を互いに交差する方向に向けると共に、一方の該当接面における該凹凸条と他方の該当接面における該凹凸条の交差角度を45度〜135度としたことを特徴とする防振ゴム装置。 - 一方の前記当接面における前記凹凸条の突出高さと他方の前記当接面における前記凹凸条の突出高さが互いに異なる請求項1に記載の防振ゴム装置。
- 一方の前記当接面に比して他方の前記当接面が広くされていると共に、狭い方の該当接面の端縁部には前記凹凸条の高さ寸法よりも大きな曲率半径の湾曲部が形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の防振ゴム装置。
- 前記凹凸条を、その延びる方向に対して直交する断面において、該凹凸条における各凹条の最深点と各凸条の最頂点との中間位置をつなぐ基準線に対して該凹条の断面積よりも該凸条の断面積が大きくなる形状とした請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の防振ゴム装置。
- 前記凹凸条における凸条の先端に平坦面を形成した請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の防振ゴム装置。
