Description
前記熱分解炉の下方に前記熱分解残渣を冷却する横型の冷却スクリューコンベヤを設け、該冷却スクリューコンベヤの後部排出部内に、前記熱分解残渣の中に含まれている比較的大きな不燃物を選別する分級用のスクリーンと、前記不燃物を貯留する格子状の仕切り棚とを設け、かつ、前記仕切り棚の上方に前記不燃物に付着しているチャーを吹き払う不活性ガス噴出ノズルを設けたことを特徴としている。

Claims (4)
- 横型回転ドラム式の熱分解炉に廃棄物を供給し、該廃棄物を間接加熱して乾留ガスと熱分解残渣とを生成する廃棄物処理装置において、
前記熱分解炉の下方に前記熱分解残渣を冷却する横型の冷却スクリューコンベヤを設け、該冷却スクリューコンベヤの後部排出部内に、前記熱分解残渣の中に含まれている比較的大きな不燃物を選別する分級用のスクリーンと、前記不燃物を貯留する格子状の仕切り棚とを設け、かつ、前記仕切り棚の上方に前記不燃物に付着しているチャーを吹き払う不活性ガス噴出ノズルを設けたことを特徴とする廃棄物処理装置。 - 前記冷却スクリューコンベヤのスクリュー羽根を、前記スクリーンの後端部まで延長させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物処理装置。
- 前記仕切り棚の上方に、比較的大きな不燃物を一時的に保持する回転式の投下装置を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物処理装置。
- 前記冷却スクリューコンベヤを、昇り勾配となるように傾斜して設置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物処理装置。
