Description
− 耐火材料から作製されたノズル本体と、
− 前記ノズル本体の低温側上で前記耐火材料を覆っている金属ジャケットと、
− 前記金属ジャケットと接触しており、前記耐火材料内に延在している熱伝導性部材と、
− 前記金属ジャケットは冷却可能とされており、
− 前記ノズル本体の低温側から高温側まで、前記金属ジャケット及び前記ノズル本体を通過して延在しているノズルパイプ(外側ノズルパイプ)と、
を備えていることを特徴とするノズル部材が提供される。
ノズル本体3の高温側5が溶融工程における金属溶融物と接触状態にある場合は、次いで冷媒が入口開口部12を通じて金属ジャケット9内のチャネル状の凹部8に導入され、出口開口部14を通じて吐出される。 従って、熱伝導性部材11,13,15,17,17.1,17.2によって吸収され、金属ジャケット9に伝達された熱は、再度速やかに金属ジャケット9から放散され得る。 高温側5の領域におけるこの効果的な熱放散のおかげで、金属溶融物は当該領域で固化される。 この金属溶融物の固化により、ノズル本体3の高温側5上に堆積物27が形成される。 その下方にあるノズル本体3の耐火材料は、この堆積物27によって摩耗から保護されている。

Claims (9)
- 金属を溶融するための工業用炉内にガスを導入するためのノズル部材であって、
a) 耐火材料から作製されたノズル本体(3)と、
b) 前記ノズル本体(3)の低温側(7)上で前記耐火材料を覆っている金属ジャケット(9)と、
c) 前記金属ジャケット(9)と接触しており、前記耐火材料内に延在している熱伝導性部材(11,13,15,17,17.1,17.2)と、
d) 前記金属ジャケット(9)は冷却可能とされており、
e) 前記ノズル本体(3)の低温側(7)から高温側(5)まで、前記金属ジャケット(9)及び前記ノズル本体(3)を通過して延在しているノズルパイプ(外側ノズルパイプ)と、
を備え、
f) 前記熱伝導性部材(11,13,17,17.1,17.2)は、前記金属ジャケット(9)上に直接配されていると共に、該金属ジャケット(9)と一体化して構成されており、
g) 前記熱伝導性部材(11,13,17,17.1,17.2)及び前記金属ジャケット(9)は銅製である、
ことを特徴とするノズル部材。 - 前記熱伝導性部材(11,13,17,17.1,17.2)が、ノズル外側パイプ(19)の周囲に略リング状に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル部材。
- 前記熱伝導性部材(11,13,17,17.1,17.2)が、棒状、ウェブ状、または板状を為していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル部材。
- 前記金属ジャケット(9)が冷媒によって冷却可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル部材。
- 流体が前記金属ジャケット(9)の表面上、若しくは前記金属ジャケット(9)を通って流れることができるチャネル部(8)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル部材。
- 内側ノズルパイプ(21)が、長手方向の軸線に沿って、前記外側ノズルパイプ(19)内に変位可能に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル部材。
- 内側ノズルパイプ(21)が、所定距離を置いて前記外側ノズルパイプ(19)内に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル部材。
- 前記内側ノズルパイプ(21)と前記外側ノズルパイプ(19)とが、スペーサによって互いに所定距離を置いて保持されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のノズル部材。
- 請求項1記載のノズル部材を外壁に配したことを特徴とする工業用炉。
