Description
2NaOH + SO2 → Na2SO3 + H2O (1) もしくは
Ca(OH)2 + SO2 → CaSO3 + H2O (2)
その際、前記の亜硫酸塩は7を下回るpH値で廃ガスの酸素で更に部分的に酸化されて硫酸塩になることができる:
Na2SO3 + 1/2O2 → Na2SO4 (3)もしくは
CaSO3 + 1/2O2 → CaSO4 (4)。
Na2SO3 + 2HCl → 2NaCl + SO2(g) + H2O(5)もしくは
CaSO3 + 2HCl → CaCl2 + SO2(g) + H2O(6)。
2NaOH + CO2 → Na2CO3 + H2O (7) もしくは
Ca(OH)2 + CO2 → CaCO3 + H2O (8)。
Na2CO3 + 2HCl → 2NaCl + CO2(g) + H2O(9)もしくは
CaCO3 + 2HCl → CaCl2 + CO2(g) + H2O(10)
によって消費されてしまうためである。

Claims (7)
- 二酸化硫黄SO2を煙道ガスから少なくとも1つの洗浄装置(5)中で選択的に分離しかつ焼却室に循環させる、少なくとも1つの焼却室(1)を備えた焼却装置中でポリハロゲン化された化合物を減少させる方法において、次の方法工程:
a) 塩酸を、酸性で運転される第1の洗浄装置(4)中で水を添加しながら分離する工程、
b) SO2を、中性で運転される第2の洗浄装置(5)中で水及び水酸化ナトリウムもしくは水酸化カルシウムを添加しながら分離し、その際、水中に溶けた硫酸ナトリウム及び亜硫酸ナトリウム又は硫酸カルシウム及び亜硫酸カルシウムを生成させる工程、並びに
c) 塩酸、硫酸ナトリウム溶液及び亜硫酸ナトリウム溶液もしくは硫酸カルシウム溶液及び亜硫酸カルシウム溶液を反応器(12)中で合わせ、その際、塩化ナトリウム及び硫酸ナトリウムもしくは塩化カルシウムおよび硫酸カルシウムを生成させながら並びにガス状の二酸化硫黄を放出させながら化学反応させる工程
を有することを特徴とする、ポリハロゲン化された化合物を減少させる方法。 - さらに、次の方法工程:
d) 不活性キャリアガスを前記反応器中へ導入する工程、並びに
e) 二酸化硫黄で負荷されたキャリアガスを前記反応器から焼却室(1)中に導入し、かつ塩化ナトリウム及び硫酸ナトリウムもしくは塩化カルシウム及び硫酸カルシウムを前記反応器から排出させる工程
を有する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 反応器(12)と焼却室(1)との間で、二次ガスをキャリアガス及び二酸化硫黄と合わせることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- a) 塩酸(8)の排出のための第1の導管を備えた酸性で運転される第1の洗浄装置(4)、並びに
b) 第1の洗浄装置の後方に配置された、水酸化ナトリウム又は水酸化カルシウム用の供給管(9)及び亜硫酸ナトリウム及び硫酸ナトリウムもしくは亜硫酸カルシウム及び硫酸カルシウムの排出のための導管(10)を備えた中性で運転される第2の洗浄装置(5)を有する少なくとも1つの焼却室(1)を備えた焼却装置中でポリハロゲン化された化合物を減少させる装置において、
c) 反応器(12)が設けられていて、前記反応器に第1及び第2の導管並びに不活性のキャリアガス用の導管(14)が接続され、並びに塩化ナトリウム及び硫酸ナトリウムもしくは塩化カルシウム及び硫酸カルシウムの排出のための第3の導管(13)が接続されていて、
d) 反応器(12)と焼却室(1)との間に、キャリアガス及び二酸化硫黄を反応器から焼却室に導入するための接続導管が設けられていることを特徴とするポリハロゲン化された化合物を減少させる装置。 - 前記接続導管は二次ガス用の導入箇所を有することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記導入箇所は焼却室に向かう方向で接続導管に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記接続導管は焼却室中で廃ガス焼却区域の範囲内に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4、5又は6記載の装置。
