Description
改良された容器用密封手段を提供することが、本発明の目的である。この目的は、独立請求項によって解決される。本発明の他の実施の形態は、さらなる従属請求項の主題となっている。
ここで図1及び図2を参照すると、これらは、本発明の第1の実施形態によるカバー4の上面図及びそのI−II平面に沿った側面図を示す。カバーは箔4として形成される。箔は、液体用の容器1を覆い、この容器に接続される。容器1は、ここでは図示されていないウェルプレートの一部である。容器1は、図1ではリングとして示されているその上面に半径Rを有する円錐として形成される。容器1の半径Rは、箔3の再封可能な開口のいずれの寸法よりも大きい。カバー4又は箔を開くと、容器1内に入っている液体にアクセスすることができる。
Claims (14)
- 容器(1)を密封するカバー(4)であって、
下層(3)及び該下層(3)の上に配置される上層(2)を備え、
前記下層(3)及び前記上層(2)はそれぞれ、該カバー(4)の再封可能な開口(24、34)を形成する曲げ軸(25、35)を有する構造を備え、前記層を介した前記容器へのアクセスを可能にし、前記曲げ軸(25、35)は、前記再封可能な開口の封止挙動を改善するために、互いに重ならないように配置されていることを特徴とする、容器を密封するカバー。 - 前記下層(3)及び前記上層(2)のうち少なくとも一方の前記構造は、フラップ(24)、及びバタフライ弁(24)のうち少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 前記フラップ又は前記バタフライ弁は、前記層(2、3)のU字形の切れ目(22、31)によって形成される、請求項2に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 前記バタフライ弁は、前記少なくとも1つの下層(3)の十字形の切れ目に対して約45°ずらして配置される十字形の切れ目により形成される、請求項2に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 前記上層(2)の前記再封可能な開口はダイヤフラム状である、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 前記下層(3)と前記上層(2)との間に配置されて、前記下層(3)及び前記上層(2)の開口を閉じる、可動な第3の層(9)をさらに備える、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 前記第3の層(9)は摺動弁を形成するように構成される、請求項6に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 前記カバー(4)の前記開口を閉じるために前記第3の層(9)を移動させる手段(92)を備える、請求項6に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 前記第3の可動層(9)と前記少なくとも1つの下層(3)との間の前記再封可能な開口の領域に配置されるシール(7)を備える、請求項6に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 前記再封可能な開口は、リング形、楕円形、又はほぼ矩形である、請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の容器を密封するカバー。
- 容器(1)へのアクセスを可能にする再封可能な開口を提供する請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のカバー(4)を備える容器。
- 前記容器(1)は、液体用の複数の容器(W1)を備えるウェルプレート(W)であり、前記容器(1)は、前記ウェルプレート(W)を密封する複数の再封可能な開口を備える、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記カバーは、前記ウェルプレート(W)に接着及び/または溶接される、請求項12に記載の容器。
- 前記カバーの前記下層(3)は、前記ウェルプレート(W)の容器(W1)の周りの前記ウェルプレート(W)材料に気密に接続される、請求項12に記載の容器。
