Claims (4)
- 原料ガスを加熱させながら触媒層を通して反応させ、一酸化炭素ガスを含む浸炭用ガスを製造する浸炭用ガス製造装置において、上記の触媒層を内管と外管との間に設け、この内管と外管とにそれぞれ加熱装置を設けると共に、炭化水素ガスと二酸化炭素ガスとを含む原料ガスに、酸素を含むガスを原料ガスが触媒層に供給される前の位置で供給することを特徴とする浸炭用ガス製造装置。
- 請求項1に記載した浸炭用ガス製造装置において、上記の酸素を含むガスの一部又は全部を、原料ガスとは別に、原料ガスが供給される触媒層の供給側に供給することを特徴とする浸炭用ガス製造装置。
- 請求項1に記載した浸炭用ガス製造装置において、上記の炭化水素ガスと二酸化炭素ガスとを含む原料ガスと酸素を含むガスとを混合させて、上記の触媒層の供給側に供給することを特徴とする浸炭用ガス製造装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載した浸炭用ガス製造装置において、上記の浸炭用ガス中における一酸化炭素ガスの濃度が40〜57体積%の範囲になるようにして、上記の原料ガスに酸素を含むガスを供給することを特徴とする浸炭用ガス製造装置。
