Description
ここで本発明を2つの付属の図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明するが、図1は、ディーゼル用酸化触媒の上流の温度及び下流の温度の変化を、触媒上に吸蔵された炭化水素の脱着及び燃焼の関数として示し;かつ図2は、吸蔵成分が再生される間の触媒内の温度分布についてのシミュレーション計算を示す。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関の排ガスを処理するために、触媒活性な貴金属に加えて炭化水素を吸蔵する吸蔵成分を有する触媒を運転する方法において、その際、それぞれの吸蔵成分の炭化水素による負荷を連続的に計算し、そして適時な吸蔵成分の再生を、計算された負荷値に基づいて、繰り返し開始し、そして、吸蔵成分が炭化水素により負荷される間に、再生に際して想定される触媒内の位置分解温度分布と時間分解温度分布を計算し、そして再生を、温度負荷の温度と持続時間について計算されたデータに基づき触媒に対する損傷が想定される以前に開始することを特徴とする方法。
- 再生を、計算された触媒内のピーク温度が限界温度を超える以前に開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 再生に際して想定される温度プロファイルを用い、かつ損傷モデルを使用することにより、潜在的な損傷プロファイルを計算し、そして再生を、計算された触媒損傷が局所的に又は触媒にわたる平均として、所与の限界値に達するか又はその値を超えたときに開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 再生に際して想定される温度プロファイルを用い、かつ損傷モデルを使用することにより、潜在的な損傷プロファイルを計算し、そしてそのプロファイルから触媒のライトオフ温度を計算し、そして再生を、計算されたライトオフ温度が事前に決められた値を超えるか又は計算されたライトオフ温度の増分が再生の結果として許容される増分を超えたときに開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内燃機関の排ガス処理用の、特に請求項1から4までの何れか1項に記載の方法を実施するための触媒系であって、前記触媒系は:
触媒活性な貴金属及び炭化水素を吸蔵する吸蔵成分を有する触媒を有し、さらに、
それぞれの吸蔵成分の炭化水素による負荷および再生に際して想定される触媒内の位置分解温度分布と時間分解温度分布を連続的に計算する装置と、
適時な吸蔵成分の再生を、計算された負荷値に基づいて、温度負荷の温度と持続時間について計算されたデータに基づき触媒に対する損傷が想定される以前に繰り返し行う装置と
を有することを特徴とする触媒系。
