Claims (5)
- 蛍光標識された試料が流れる流路が形成され、励起光が照射されるプレートであって、前記流路は、側壁と底面とを有する凹部形状を有しており、 前記プレートはさらに、前記流路の側壁の両側において、前記側壁を越えて延びるように、かつ、プレートの面に対して垂直になるよう配置された遮光手段を有することを特徴とするプレート。
- 蛍光標識された試料が流れる流路が形成され、励起光が照射されるプレートであって、
前記流路は、側壁と底面とを有する凹部形状を有しており、 前記プレートはさらに、前記流路の底面よりも下方の内部の層において、プレートの面に対して平行に拡がるよう配置された遮光手段を有することを特徴とするプレート。 - 前記遮光手段を前記流路と一定の間隔をおいて設けた、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレート。
- 前記遮光手段を介して、プレートのもう片方の面にも流路を埋設したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプレート。
- 遮光手段が黒色の染料または顔料を混合したアクリル樹脂か、前記励起光を透過させない金属のいずれかで構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4にいずれかに記載のプレート。
