Description
示すように、複合シート(10)と表面シート(20)とが所定の形状領域に剥離ニスを塗布することにより形成された易剥離層(30)による易剥離領域(L1)とそれの端辺の境界線を介して連設する接着領域(L2)とに区画されて互いに積層接着され、例えば易剥離領域(L1)と接着領域(L2)の境界線に相当する表面シート(20)にミシン目(22)が施され、前記易剥離領域(L1)内における複合シート(10)に1個乃至数個の湯切孔(12)が形成された即席食品容器の湯切孔付蓋材(1)を、例えば図3の側断面図に示すように、即席食品(図示せず)が充填されている容器本体(2)のフランジ部(21)にヒートシールした湯切り機能付き即席食品容器(100)である。
強度を示し(従来のような凝集剥離現象を起こすことがなく)、界面剥離がなされ、容易に安定した湯切孔(12)の露出を可能にするものである。
リプロピレン樹脂等の熱溶融押出しによるサンドラミネートが好ましく用いられる。

Claims (3)
- 容器本体の開口部を形成するフランジ部に、複合シートと表面シートとが所定の形状領域に易剥離層による易剥離領域とそれ以外の接着領域とに区画されて互いに積層接着され、前記易剥離領域内における複合シートに1個乃至数個の湯切孔が形成されたもしくは前記表面シートの剥離時に湯切孔を形成する湯切孔付蓋材をシールしてなる湯切り機能付き即席食品容器において、前記易剥離層がポリアミド系樹脂とニトロセルロース系樹脂の混合樹脂でなり、前記ポリアミド系樹脂の混合比が70〜95重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする湯切り機能付き即席食品容器。
- 容器本体の開口部を形成するフランジ部に、複合シートと表面シートとが所定の形状領域に易剥離層による易剥離領域とそれ以外の接着領域とに区画されて互いに積層接着され、前記易剥離領域内における複合シートに1個乃至数個の湯切孔が形成されたもしくは前記表面シートの剥離時に湯切孔を形成する湯切孔付蓋材をシールしてなる湯切り機能付き即席食品容器において、前記易剥離層がアクリル系樹脂とニトロセルロース系樹脂の混合樹脂でなり、前記アクリル系樹脂の混合比が70〜95重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする湯切り機能付き即席食品容器。
- 前記易剥離層が、前記混合樹脂に対して5重量%以下のシリコーン樹脂および/または脂肪酸アミド系ワックスを含有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の湯切り機能付き即席食品容器。
