Claims (7)
- 燃焼室(14)を備えた少なくとも2つのシリンダと、遮断手段(21)が組み合わされた管(20)を含んでいる吸気手段(16)と、遮断手段(23)を備えた排気管(22)を含んでいる排気手段(18)と、前記排気管(22)と少なくとも1つの排気ガス収集器(24)とを有している排気ガス収集手段と、前記排気ガス収集手段と選択的に連通し、収集される排気ガスの量を増加させる排気ガス量増加手段(34)と、前記排気ガス収集手段と前記排気ガス量増加手段との連通を遮断する遮断手段(44)と、を有し、
前記排気ガス量増加手段は空間(34)を有し、前記遮断手段は前記空間(34)の中に収容された回転式の栓(44)を有している、4ストローク過給式内燃エンジン。 - 前記空間(34)は、前記排気管(22)と選択的に連通する、請求項1に記載の4ストローク過給式内燃エンジン。
- 前記空間(34)は、少なくとも1つの前記排気ガス収集器(24;64,66)と選択的に連通する、請求項1に記載の4ストローク過給式内燃エンジン。
- 前記遮断手段(44)は制御手段(48)によって制御される、請求項1に記載の4ストローク過給式内燃エンジン。
- 前記栓(44)はポート(46)を有している、請求項1に記載の4ストローク過給式内燃エンジン。
- 燃焼室(14)を備えた少なくとも2つのシリンダと、遮断手段(21)が組み合わされた管(20)を含んでいる吸気手段(16)と、遮断手段(23)を備えた排気管(22)を含んでいる排気手段(18)と、前記排気管(22)と少なくとも1つの排気ガス収集器(24)とを有している排気ガス収集手段と、前記排気ガス収集手段と選択的に連通し、収集される排気ガスの量を増加させる排気ガス量増加手段(34)と、前記排気ガス収集手段と前記排気ガス量増加手段との連通を遮断する遮断手段(44)と、を有し、前記排気ガス量増加手段は空間(34)を有し、前記遮断手段は前記空間(34)の中に収容された回転式の栓(44)を有している4ストローク過給式内燃エンジンの動作方法であって、
前記遮断手段(44)は、前記エンジンの高速での動作中には、排気ガスが、前記排気ガス収集手段(22,24,64,66)に排出されるとともに前記排気ガス量増加手段(34)に排出され、前記エンジンの低速での動作中には、排気ガスが前記排気ガス収集手段(24;64,66,22)に排出されるように制御される、4ストローク過給式内燃エンジンの動作方法。 - 前記エンジンの低速での動作中に、外部の空気が前記排気ガス量増加手段(34)内に噴射される、請求項6に記載の動作方法。
