Description
(A)少なくとも1つの顔料 60質量%以上90質量%未満(60〜<90質量%)、
(B)ポリアルキレンオキシドの酸性のリン酸エステル、ホスホン酸エステル、硫酸エステル及び/又はスルホン酸エステルをベースとするか又はアルキレンオキシドと、脂肪族アルコール、それぞれ所望の場合にはアルキル置換されていてよいフェノールもしくはナフトール、脂肪族もしくは芳香族のアミン、脂肪族のカルボン酸もしくはカルボン酸アミドとの反応生成物の酸性のリン酸エステル、ホスホン酸エステル、硫酸エステル及び/又はスルホン酸エステルをベースとするか又はこれらのエステルの塩をベースとする、少なくとも1つのアニオン性表面活性添加剤 10質量%を上回り40質量%以下(>10〜40質量%)、その際にリン含有及び硫黄含有の添加剤の混合物中のリン含有の添加剤の含分が少なくとも50質量%である、及び
(C)ポリエーテルをベースとする少なくとも1つの非イオン性表面活性添加剤 0質量%以上30質量%未満(0〜<30質量%)
を含有しているが、
但し、成分(C)の含分が0質量%である場合には成分(B)はリン酸エステル及び/又はホスホン酸エステルである、固体顔料調合物に関する。
(A)少なくとも1つの顔料 60〜<90質量%、

顔料グラニュールの製造を、水150kg中の完成した顔料(A) x kg、添加剤(B) y kg及び添加剤(C) z kgの懸濁液を、25質量%カセイソーダ液の添加により7のpH−値に調節し、ボールミル中で<1μmのd50−値に粉砕し、ついで一流体ノズルを有するスプレー塔(ガス入口温度165℃、ガス出口温度70℃)中で噴霧造粒することによって行った。

Claims (17)
- 顔料(A)をまず最初に、添加剤(B)及び/又は(C)の少なくとも一部を含有する水性懸濁液中で湿式粉砕し、次に懸濁液を、場合により添加剤(B)及び/又は(C)の残りの量の添加後に、乾燥させる方法によって得られ、本質的な成分として
(A)少なくとも1つの顔料 60質量%以上90質量%未満、
(B)ポリアルキレンオキシドの酸性のリン酸エステル、ホスホン酸エステル、硫酸エステル及び/又はスルホン酸エステルをベースとするか又はアルキレンオキシドと、脂肪族アルコール、それぞれ所望の場合にはアルキル置換されていてよいフェノールもしくはナフトール、脂肪族もしくは芳香族のアミン、脂肪族のカルボン酸もしくはカルボン酸アミドとの反応生成物の酸性のリン酸エステル、ホスホン酸エステル、硫酸エステル及び/又はスルホン酸エステルをベースとするか又はこれらのエステルの塩をベースとする、少なくとも1つのアニオン性表面活性添加剤 10質量%を上回り40質量%以下、その際にリン含有及び硫黄含有の添加剤の混合物中のリン含有の添加剤の含分は少なくとも50質量%であり、及び
(C)ポリエーテルをベースとする少なくとも1つの非イオン性表面活性添加剤 0質量%以上30質量%未満を含有しており、
但し、成分(C)の含分が0質量%である場合には成分(B)はリン酸エステル及び/又はホスホン酸エステルである、固体顔料調合物。 - 成分(A) 70〜89質量%及び成分(B) 11〜30質量%を含有している、請求項1記載の顔料調合物。
- 成分(A) 70〜88質量%、成分(B) 11〜29質量%及び成分(C) 1〜19質量%を含有している、請求項1記載の顔料調合物。
- 50〜5000μmの平均粒度及び15m2/g以下のBET表面積を有するグラニュールの形で存在する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物。
- 成分(B)が、リン酸、五酸化リン又はホスホン酸と、アルコキシル化された、脂肪アルコール又はオキソアルコール、アルキルフェノール、脂肪アミン、脂肪酸又は樹脂酸との反応生成物を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物。
- 成分(B)が、硫酸又はスルホン酸と、アルコキシル化された、脂肪アルコール、アルコキシフェノール、一価アミン又は多価アミンとの反応生成物を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物。
- 成分(B)が、エトキシル化されたオキソアルコールをベースとするか又はエトキシル化された脂肪アルコールをベースとするリン酸エステルを含有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物。

- 成分(C)が、ポリエチレンオキシド及びポリプロピレンオキシドのブロック又はポリエチレンオキシド及びポリ(フェニルエチレンオキシド)のブロックを含有するブロックコポリマーを含有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物。
- 成分(C)が、脂肪族アルコール、置換又は非置換のフェノール又はナフトール、脂肪族アミン、脂肪アミン、芳香族アミン、脂肪族カルボン酸、脂肪アルコール、オキソアルコール又はカルボン酸アミドを含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物。
- 成分(C)が、少なくとも二官能性のアミン又はアルコールとのアルキレンオキシド付加物を含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物。
- 成分(C)が、エチレンジアミン、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、ジエチレントリアミン、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、グリセリン、ジエチレンテトラミンから選択されるスターター分子とのアルキレンオキシド付加物を含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物。
- 顔料(A)をまず最初に、添加剤(B)及び/又は(C)の少なくとも一部を含有する水性懸濁液中で湿式粉砕し、次に懸濁液を、場合により添加剤(B)及び/又は(C)の残りの量の添加後に、乾燥させる、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物の製造方法。
- 乾燥を噴霧乾燥又は噴霧造粒により実施する、請求項13記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物を、撹拌混入するか又は振とうすることによりこれらの材料へ配合することを特徴とする、高分子有機材料及び無機材料の着色方法。
- 液相として水、有機溶剤又は水と有機溶剤との混合物を含有する、塗料、ペイント、印刷インキ、インキ及びコーティング系を着色する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の顔料調合物を混合成分として使用することを特徴とする、色混合系を使用しながら高分子有機材料及び無機材料を着色する方法。
