Claims (21)
- アルカリ非含有SiO 2 溶液である新鮮なゾルを、炭酸グアニジンと反応させることを含む、シリカゾルの製造方法。
- 炭酸グアニジンとの反応を、塩基存在下で行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 塩基が、ナトリウム水ガラス、カリウム水ガラス、水酸化カリウムおよび/または水酸化ナトリウムである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 反応温度にて測定したpH8〜12で反応を行う、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- シリカゾルの製造を、連続的に行う、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルカリ非含有SiO 2 溶液である新鮮なゾルと炭酸グアニジン水溶液を連続的にリアクターに送り込み、8〜12のpHおよび25℃〜100℃の温度を確立し、製造されるシリカゾルが≧100 m2/gのBET表面積を有するように平均滞留時間を選択することを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 反応を、80〜100℃の温度で行う、請求項6に記載の方法。
- さらなる塩基をリアクターに添加することを含む、請求項6または7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- リアクターが、多段式リアクターカスケードであり、出発原料を、好適には第一のリアクターに送り込むことを含む、請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 全てのリアクター中の反応温度にて測定したpHが、8〜12であり、第一のリアクター中の温度を25℃〜100℃に維持し、さらなるリアクター中の温度を60℃〜100℃に維持することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 反応を、バッチ式で行い、アルカリ非含有SiO 2 溶液である新鮮なゾルの少なくとも一部と炭酸グアニジン水溶液の少なくとも一部を、最初にリアクターに導入し、前記新鮮なゾルの残りと炭酸グアニジン水溶液の残りを反応混合物に計量供給し、計量供給される前記新鮮なゾルと炭酸グアニジン水溶液の残りの量に対応する量の溶媒を蒸発させるように温度を確立することを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 溶媒の蒸発によるまたは限外ろ過による濃縮を、アルカリ非含有SiO 2 溶液である新鮮なゾルと炭酸グアニジンの反応中または反応後に行う、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法により得られ得るシリカゾル。
- 100〜1200 m2/gのBET表面積を有し、シリカゾルの総量に基づいて、0.05〜15重量%のグアニジニウムイオンおよび15重量%までのSiO 2 を含有する、シリカゾル。
- 300〜1200 m2/gのBET表面積を有する、請求項13または14に記載のシリカゾル。
- 2〜12のpHを有する、請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載のシリカゾル。
- アルミニウムで安定化されておらず、アミンを含有しない、請求項13〜16のいずれかに記載のシリカゾル。
- 2〜20のSiO2/Nモル比を有する、請求項13〜17のいずれかに記載のシリカゾル。
- -20〜-80 mVのゼータ電位を有する、請求項13〜18のいずれかに記載のシリカゾル。
- 1113 cm-1〜1080 cm-1の波数にSi-O伸縮振動のIRバンド位置を有する、請求項13〜19のいずれかに記載のシリカゾル。
- 請求項13〜20のいずれかに記載のシリカゾルを含有する紙歩留まり助剤。
