Description
樹脂においての問題点、即ち樹脂の硬化後の内部応力について確認するため、以下の実験を行った。内部応力の確認は、樹脂の硬化前の膜厚と、硬化後の膜厚とを観測することにより行う。両者の膜厚が等しいときには、樹脂の硬化に伴う体積変化による内部応力が極めて少ないものと考えることができる。
実施例1では、以下の表1に示すオキセタン樹脂組成物を含有する溶液を6インチウェハにスピンコートし、ホットプレートで90℃、5minのプリベーク後に、20μmになるよう塗布し、ミラープロジェクション露光機(MPA600FA:キャノン社製)で1J/cm2露光し、ホットプレートで90℃、5minのポストベーク後、200℃1時間の硬化を行い、オキセタン樹脂組成物の硬化膜を得た。
比較例1では、以下の表2に示す脂環式エポキシ樹脂組成物を含有する溶液を用いて、実施例1と同様にして脂環式エポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化膜を得た。
〈実施例2〉
実施例2では、次のようにして、図4に示すようなインクジェット記録ヘッド23を作製した。先ず、図7に示す吐出エネルギ発生素子33aが形成された基板33上に、溶解可能な樹脂層として例えばノボラック樹脂を主成分としたポジ型レジスト(東京応化工業株式会社製 PMER−P−LA900PM)を塗布した。そして、このポジ型レジストを110℃にて6分間ホットプレート上でプリベークした後、キヤノン製ミラープロジェクションアライナー露光機(MPA−600FA)にて個別流路34のパターン露光を行い、図8に示すように、溶解可能な樹脂層で個別流路34となる部分にインク流路パターン41を形成した。この際の露光量は、800mJ/cm2とした。
比較例2では、第1の被覆樹脂層36を表2に示す脂環式エポキシ樹脂組成物で作製し、第1の被覆樹脂層36の現像にキシレンを用い、実施例2と同様にインクジェット記録ヘッド23を作製した。
Claims (28)
- 液体を吐出する液体吐出型記録ヘッドにおいて、
液体吐出エネルギ発生素子が形成されると共に液体を供給する流路の一部を構成する基板と、
上記基板上に形成され、上記流路の一部を構成すると共に上記液体を吐出する液体吐出口を有する被覆樹脂層とを有し、
上記被覆樹脂層は、分子中に2個以上のオキセタニル基を有するオキセタン化合物と光カチオン重合開始剤とシラン系カップリング剤とを必須成分とするオキセタン樹脂組成物により形成されている液体吐出型記録ヘッド。 - 上記2個のオキセタニル基を有するオキセタン化合物は以下に示す一般式(2)で表されるものである請求項1記載の液体吐出型記録ヘッド。
下記式(A)〜(E)におけるR4は、水素原子、炭素数1〜12のアルキル基、アリール基、又はアラルキル基を表わし、R5は、−O−、−S−、−CH 2 −、−NH−、−SO 2 −、−CH(CH 3 )−、−C(CH 3 ) 2 −、又は−C(CF 3 ) 2 −を表わし、R6は、水素原子又は炭素数1〜6のアルキル基を表す。
- 上記シラン系カップリング剤の含有量は、0.1wt%以上、1wt%未満である請求項1記載の液体吐出型記録ヘッド。
- 上記液体を吐出する液体吐出口が略ライン状に並設されている請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか1項記載の液体吐出型記録ヘッド。
- 液体を吐出する液体吐出型記録ヘッドにおいて、
液体を供給する共通流路の一部を構成する凹部を有する液体供給部材と、
上記液体供給部材の凹部の一方の側に接着され、端面が上記共通流路の一部を構成し、表面に液体吐出エネルギ発生素子が形成された第1の基板と、
上記第1の基板上に形成され、上記共通流路から供給された液体を上記液体吐出エネルギ発生素子の周囲に供給する個別流路と上記液体を吐出する液体吐出口とを有する第1の被覆樹脂層と、
上記液体供給部材の凹部の他方の側に接着され、端面が上記共通流路の一部を構成する第2の基板と、
上記第2の基板上に形成される第2の被覆樹脂層と、
上記第1の被覆樹脂層上及び第2の被覆樹脂層上に設けられ、上記共通流路の吐出面側を閉塞する天板とを有し、
上記第1の被覆樹脂層は、分子中に2個以上のオキセタニル基を有するオキセタン化合物と光カチオン重合開始剤とシラン系カップリング剤とを必須成分とするオキセタン樹脂組成物により形成されている液体吐出型記録ヘッド。 - 上記2個のオキセタニル基を有するオキセタン化合物は以下に示す一般式(2)で表されるものである請求項8記載の液体吐出型記録ヘッド。

上記液体吐出型記録ヘッドは、液体吐出エネルギ発生素子が形成されると共に液体を供給する流路の一部を構成する基板と、
上記基板上に形成され、上記流路の一部を構成すると共に上記液体を吐出する液体吐出口を有する被覆樹脂層とを有し、
上記被覆樹脂層は、分子中に2個以上のオキセタニル基を有するオキセタン化合物と光カチオン重合開始剤とシラン系カップリング剤とを必須成分とするオキセタン樹脂組成物により形成されている液体吐出装置。 - 上記2個のオキセタニル基を有するオキセタン化合物は以下に示す一般式(2)で表されるものである請求項15記載の液体吐出装置。

- 液体を吐出する液体吐出型記録ヘッドを有する液体吐出装置において、
上記液体吐出型記録ヘッドは、液体を供給する共通流路の一部を構成する凹部を有する液体供給部材と、上記液体供給部材の凹部の一方の側に接着され、端面が上記共通流路の一部を構成し、表面に液体吐出エネルギ発生素子が形成された第1の基板と、上記第1の基板上に形成され、上記共通流路から供給された液体を上記液体吐出エネルギ発生素子の周囲に供給する個別流路と上記液体を吐出する液体吐出口とを有する第1の被覆樹脂層と、上記液体供給部材の凹部の他方の側に接着され、端面が上記共通流路の一部を構成する第2の基板と、上記第2の基板上に形成される第2の被覆樹脂層と、上記第1の被覆樹脂層上及び第2の被覆樹脂層上に設けられ、上記共通流路の吐出面側を閉塞する天板とを有し、
上記第1の被覆樹脂層は、分子中に2個以上のオキセタニル基を有するオキセタン化合物と光カチオン重合開始剤とシラン系カップリング剤とを必須成分とするオキセタン樹脂組成物により形成されている液体吐出装置。 - 上記2個のオキセタニル基を有するオキセタン化合物は以下に示す一般式(2)で表されるものである請求項22記載の液体吐出装置。
