Description
作動ガスに対し圧力振動を発生させる圧力振動発生器と、
該圧力振動発生器と接続された蓄冷器と、
該蓄冷器と連通するパルス管と、
該パルス管と連通する位相制御機構と
前記パルス管の端部に配設される熱交換器とを有するパルス管冷凍機において、
該熱交換器は、
複数の貫通孔が形成された多孔板とスペーサとが交互に積層された第1の積層部と、
下部メッシュ部材を複数積層してなる第2の積層部とを有し、
前記スペーサは、メッシュ部材であり、
かつ、下部メッシュ部材は、前記スペーサとして用いる前記メッシュ部材よりも網目の細かいものを用いたことを特徴とするものである。
請求項1記載のパルス管冷凍機において、
前記熱交換器は、前記パルス管を支持するフランジ上部に設けられたハウジング内に位置するよう配設されていることを特徴とするものである。
請求項1又は2に記載のパルス管冷凍機において、
前記スペーサとして用いるメッシュ部材として粗さ#10〜#80の金網を用い、前記下部メッシュ部材として粗さ#80〜#400の金網を用いたことを特徴とするものである。
請求項2又は3に記載のパルス管冷凍機において、
前記ハウジングの材料をアルミニウムとしたことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (4)
- 作動ガスに対し圧力振動を発生させる圧力振動発生器と、
該圧力振動発生器と接続された蓄冷器と、
該蓄冷器と連通するパルス管と、
該パルス管と連通する位相制御機構と
前記パルス管の端部に配設される熱交換器とを有するパルス管冷凍機において、
該熱交換器は、
複数の貫通孔が形成された多孔板とスペーサとが交互に積層された第1の積層部と、
下部メッシュ部材を複数積層してなる第2の積層部とを有し、
前記スペーサは、メッシュ部材であり、
かつ、下部メッシュ部材は、前記スペーサとして用いる前記メッシュ部材よりも網目の細かいものを用いたことを特徴とするパルス管冷凍機。 - 請求項1記載のパルス管冷凍機において、
前記熱交換器は、前記パルス管を支持するフランジ上部に設けられたハウジング内に位置するよう配設されていることを特徴とするパルス管冷凍機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のパルス管冷凍機において、
前記スペーサとして用いる前記メッシュ部材として粗さ#10〜#80の金網を用い、前記下部メッシュ部材として粗さ#80〜#400の金網を用いたことを特徴とするパルス管冷凍機。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のパルス管冷凍機において、
前記ハウジングの材料をアルミニウムとしたことを特徴とするパルス管冷凍機。
