Claims (2)
- エンジンにより駆動されるメインシャフトと、駆動輪に連結されるカウンタシャフトとが相互に平行となってケース内に装着され、前記メインシャフトに装着された複数の駆動歯車と前記カウンタシャフトに装着された複数の被駆動歯車とにより構成される複数の変速歯車列を有し、複数の変速歯車列のいずれかを動力伝達状態に切り換える切換スリーブを備える車両用動力伝達装置であって、
前記メインシャフトと前記カウンタシャフトとに平行となって前記ケースに軸方向に往復動自在に装着されるフォークシャフトと、
前記フォークシャフトに軸方向に移動自在に装着され、前記切換スリーブに係合するシフトフォークと、
前記シフトフォークに係合し、前記シフトフォークを中立位置と噛合い位置とに駆動するシフトドラムと、
前記フォークシャフトの一方側の端面と前記ケースの間に配置され、前記フォークシャフトを低速段の変速歯車列側にばね力を加えるばね部材とを有し、
前記シフトフォークを低速段の変速歯車列から中立位置に戻す際に前記フォークシャフトが前記ばね力に抗して前記シフトフォークとともに移動し得ることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1記載の車両用動力伝達装置において、前記切換スリーブを第1速の変速歯車列を動力伝達状態に切り換える切換スリーブとし、当該切換スリーブを第1速の変速歯車に噛み合った状態から中立位置に移動するときに前記フォークシャフトが前記ばね力に抗して前記シフトフォークとともに移動し得ることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。
