Claims (15)
- 車両にある電気装置を操作する装置であって、
電気装置(10)が、車両の扉(12)又ははね上げ蓋のための錠掛け装置又は車両の始動−停止スイッチであり、
接近又は接触に反応する少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)、目標データ用メモリ、及び入って来る実際データを目標データと比較して比較が成功すると電気装置(10)の操作(23)を解放する制御器を有するものにおいて、
装置の設定段階において、反応するセンサ(40)の時間的信号経過中に少なくとも若干の所定の時点(t1〜t16)に生じる信号(G1.1〜G1.16,B1.1〜B1.16,B2.1〜B2.16)の少なくとも1つのデータセット(G1,B1,B2)、即ち操作に特徴的な良データ(G1.1〜G1.16)のセット(G1)又は誤りに特徴的な不良データ(B1.1〜B1.16,B2.16)のセット(B1,B2)が検出されて、メモリに記憶され、
装置の後になっての使用段階中に、反応するセンサ(40)において、設定段階におけるのと同じ所定の時点(t1〜t16)に、類似な信号の実際データセットが時間的信号経過を検出され、
この実際データセットが、制御器において記憶されているデータセット(G1,B1,B2)の1つと比較され、
実際データセットが良データセット(G1)と一致するか、又は不良データセット(B1,B2)の内容でない時にのみ、制御器による装置の操作が解放される
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - メモリが良データ(G1)を持つ多数のセットを記憶することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- メモリが不良データ(B1,B2)を持つ多数のセットを記憶することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 評価の際制御器が良データ(G1)を持つすべてのセットを検査し、実際データセットとの一致があるか又は不一致があるかを決定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の装置。
- 評価の際制御器が不良データ(B1,B2)を持つすべてのセットを検査し、実際データセットとの一致があるか又は不一致があるかを決定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の装置。
- 電気装置である錠掛け装置(10)が、解放(44)後操作(23)の際、扉(12)又ははね上げ蓋を開くか又は閉じることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の1つに記載の装置。
- 錠掛け装置(10)が、開放方向又は閉鎖方向に錠掛け装置(10)を操作するのに用いられる取っ手(20)を持ち、装置の少なくとも若干の部品(42)が取っ手(20)内に統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 電気装置である始動−停止スイッチが、解放後操作の際、原動機を種々の操作状態の間で切換えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の1つに記載の装置。
- センサ(40)が容量的に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の装置。
- センサが光学的に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の装置。
- センサが電磁的に又はレーダを介して作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の装置。
- 実際データセットの信号開始(G1.1,B1.1,B2.1)と共に、制御器が装置(10)の操作(23)を解放(44)し始めるけれども、操作(23)をまだ許さず、生じた実際データセットの評価後比較が否定的であると、制御器が操作(23)の解放(44)を撤回し、操作を無効にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の1つに記載の装置。
- 権限のある人間が能動又は受動確認送信器であるID送信器を持ち、ID送信器が車両にある確認受信器であるID受信器と通信し、ID送信器とID受信器との通信に成功すると、電気装置(10)の操作(23)が解放(44)されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の1つに記載の装置。
- 実際データセットの信号開始(G1.1,B1.1,B2.1)と共に、制御器が電気装置(10)の操作を有効に解放し始めるけれども、操作(23)をまだ許さず、ID送信器とID受信器との通信に成功しないと、制御器が操作(23)の解放(44)を撤回し、操作(23)を無効にすることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 装置の後になっての使用中にも設定段階が行われ、使用段階においても装置が学習し、現在の実際データを続く判定基準後に従って確認し、その少なくとも若干を記憶し、電気装置(10)の具体的な操作(23)が続いて行われない入力実際データは、不良データ(B1,B2)と解釈され、入力後電気装置(10)の操作が続く時、実際データが良データ(G1)と認められることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の1つに記載の装置。
