Description
(イ)次亜ハロゲン酸塩の水溶液を調製して適切な容器中にて保存し、使用の際に、次亜ハロゲン酸イオンが前記特定範囲内の濃度となるように、該水溶液をそのままでまたは蒸留水、精製水などで希釈する方法、
(ロ)次亜ハロゲン酸塩の錠剤、粉末、顆粒とハロゲン化アルカリ金属やハロゲン化アルカリ土類金属の錠剤、粉末、顆粒とを、併せて蒸留水、精製水などに溶解させ、前記特定範囲内の濃度の次亜ハロゲン酸イオン含有溶液を調製する方法、
(ハ)蒸留水、精製水などに溶解し、かつ該溶媒中で前記特定範囲内の濃度の次亜ハロゲン酸イオンを生成し得る化合物の錠剤、粉末、顆粒を用いる方法
などを採用することができる。これらのなかでは、貯蔵安定性の観点から、(ロ)および(ハ)の方法がより実用的である。
まず、TSE(transmissible spongiform encephalopathy、伝播性海綿状脳症)プリオンで汚染させた酸素透過性ハードコンタクトレンズ(商品名:メニコンZ、(株)メニコン製)を4枚準備した。
0.4w/v%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液(pH:12.3、液温:室温)
浸漬時間:5分間
0.4w/v%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液(pH:12.3、液温:室温)
浸漬時間:30分間
次亜臭素酸イオン生成溶液(0.4w/v%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液5mlに0.6w/v%臭化カリウム溶液5mlを加えて次亜臭素酸イオンを発生させた溶液、pH:11、液温:室温)
浸漬時間:5分間
1.85w/v%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液(pH:12.3、液温:室温)
浸漬時間:1時間
Claims (2)
- 濃度が0.1w/v%以上、かつ0.7w/v%以下の次亜ハロゲン酸イオンを含有した処理溶液にコンタクトレンズを接触させることを特徴とし、
前記次亜ハロゲン酸イオンが次亜塩素酸イオンおよび/または次亜臭素酸イオンであり、
処理溶液を5分間〜30分間被処理物に接触させ、
処理溶液のpHが11〜12.3であり、
処理溶液の液温が室温であるプリオンを不活性化する方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法に用いる、濃度が0.1w/v%以上、かつ0.7w/v%以下の次亜ハロゲン酸イオンを含有し、
前記次亜ハロゲン酸イオンが次亜塩素酸イオンまたは次亜臭素酸イオンである処理溶液。
