Claims (2)
- アスファルト舗装廃材に温水や高温の水蒸気を浴びせて廃材中のアスファルト分を軟化溶融させて粗解砕する温浴解砕手段と、該温浴解砕手段にて粗解砕した廃材を粒度選別するスクリーンと、該スクリーンを通過する所定粒度以下の廃材を強制撹拌させて細解砕することで骨材を分離回収する解砕ミキサとを備える一方、前記解砕ミキサは、一端側に投入口を、他端側に排出口を備えた撹拌槽に二本の平行な撹拌軸をそれぞれ相反方向へ回転自在に備え、該撹拌軸の軸周りには略棒状の複数の撹拌部材を等角度間隔に、かつ軸方向へは螺旋状の配置となるように所定角度ずつずらしながら所定間隔にて突設して螺旋状配置の撹拌部材のスクリュー作用によって廃材を排出口に向けて移動させるようにすると共に、一方の撹拌軸の撹拌部材が隣り合う他方の撹拌軸の撹拌部材間の隙間と噛み合うように位相をずらし、廃材を回転する双方の撹拌軸の撹拌部材同士で突き潰しながら細解砕し、かつ前記排出口の開度を調整自在として撹拌槽内の廃材の滞留時間を調整できるようにしたことを特徴とするアスファルト舗装廃材の再生装置。
- 前記温浴解砕手段は、廃材を温水に浸しながら貯蔵する貯蔵ホッパを備え、該ホッパの上流側の上位には廃材を貯留ホッパ内へと投入するベルトコンベヤを備える一方、貯蔵ホッパの内部には廃材を外部へと送り出すスクリューフィーダを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のアスファルト舗装廃材の再生装置。
