Claims (8)
- 水平の高温ガス流れ方向(x)に貫流される高温ガス通路(6)の中に、貫流形加熱器(8、10、12)が配置され、この貫流形加熱器(8、10、12)が、流れ媒体(W)の貫流に対して並列接続された多数の蒸気発生管(22、50、60)を有するボイラ(1、1′、1″)において、前記多数の蒸気発生管(22、50、60)の上昇管部分(36、54、66、68)および降水管部分(34、52、62、64)が、高温ガス通路(6)内に設けられ、前記上昇管部分(36、54、66、68)は、高温ガス流れ方向(x)に見て上流側に配設され、前記降水管部分(34、52、62、64)は、高温ガス流れ方向(x)に見て下流側に配設され、かつ、前記降水管部分(34、52、62、64)のうち高温ガス流れ方向(x)に見て下流に位置する降水管が、前記上昇管部分(36、54、66、68)のうち高温ガス流れ方向(x)に見て上流に位置する上昇管に付属されるように互いに位置付けられ、前記上昇管部分の蒸気発生管は、前記降水管部分の蒸気発生管に比べて大きな流れ媒体流量を有するように設計されていることを特徴とするボイラ。
- 前記降水管部分(34、52、62、64)が、それに対応する上昇管部分(36、54、66、68)に、移行管部分(38、56、70、72、74)を経て接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のボイラ。
- 前記移行管部分(38、56、70、72、74)が前記高温ガス通路(6)の内部に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のボイラ。
- 蒸気発生管或いは各蒸気発生管(22、50、60)が、共通の1つの降水管部分(34、52、62、64)に流れ媒体の流れ方向で見て後側に接続され流れ媒体(W)の貫流に対して並列接続された複数の上昇管部分(36、54、66、68)を分岐管構造で含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載のボイラ。
- 前記上昇管部分の各蒸気発生管が、それぞれ対応する降水管部分の蒸気発生管とU字状に接続され、これによって複数の蒸気発生管がU字状に構成され、高温ガス流れ方向(x)に見て最上流に位置する上昇管と最下流に位置する下降管とを接続した最も外側のU字状蒸気発生管のU字の幅と高さを最大寸法として、前記複数のU字状蒸気発生管は、前記外側から内側に向けて、前記U字の幅と高さを順次減少させて構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載のボイラ。
- 多数の蒸気発生管(22、50、60)が、各々流れ媒体側において互い違いに直列接続された多数の降水管部分(34、52、62、64)および上昇管部分(36、54、66、68)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載のボイラ。
- 蒸気発生管或いは各蒸気発生管(22、50、60)の降水管部分(34、52、62、64)に、流れ媒体の流れ方向で見て、主分配器からの接続管の位置に、絞り装置(42)が前置接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載のボイラ。
- 高温ガス側においてガスタービンが前置接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載のボイラ。
