Claims (8)
- 多数のほぼ垂直に配置され下から上に向かって貫流される第1の蒸気発生管(13)を含む第1の蒸発伝熱面(8)と、多数のほぼ垂直に配置され下から上に向かって貫流される別の第2の蒸気発生管(14)を含む別の第2の蒸発伝熱面(10)とを備え、第2の蒸発伝熱面(10)が流れ媒体側において第1の蒸発伝熱面(8)に後置接続されている横置形構造の廃熱ボイラ用の貫流蒸発器(1)であって、全負荷運転時に生じる第1の蒸気発生管(13)内の平均質量流量密度が所定の最小質量流量密度を下回らないように、第1の蒸気発生管(13)が設計されている貫流蒸発器(1)。
- 所定の最小質量流量密度が、100kg/m2sである請求項1記載の貫流蒸発器(1)。
- 第1の蒸気発生管(13)の内径が、第1の蒸気発生管(13)において全負荷運転時に生じる平均質量流量密度が所定の最小質量流量密度を下回らないように選定されている請求項1又は2記載の貫流蒸発器(1)。
- 第1の蒸気発生管(13)の内径が15mmと35mmとの間にある請求項1から3の1つに記載の貫流蒸発器(1)。
- 燃焼ガス側において多数の第1の蒸気発生管(13)が管列(11)として互いに直列配置されている請求項1から4の1つに記載の貫流蒸発器(1)。
- 燃焼ガス側において第1の蒸発伝熱面(8)が第2の蒸発伝熱面(10)に後置されている請求項1から5の1つに記載の貫流蒸発器(1)。
- 請求項1から6の1つに記載の貫流蒸発器(1)を備えた廃熱ボイラ(2)。
- 燃焼ガス側においてガスタービンが前置接続されている請求項7記載の廃熱ボイラ(2)。
