Claims (8)
- 収集データを生成する医療用イメージングシステム(102)と、
前記収集データを受信し、前記患者への両心室ペーシングに先立って獲得された収集データから、患者の左心室及び胸壁の1つ又はそれ以上の3Dモデル画像を生成する画像生成サブシステム(110)と、
前記1つ又はそれ以上の画像に対して1つ又はそれ以上の左心室の解剖学的ランドマークを識別し、前記解剖学的ランドマークの中から選択されたものに対応するマーカを前記3Dモデル(130)に挿入するためのオペレータコンソール(116)と、
前記3Dモデル(130)の保存ビューをインターベンショナルシステム上に登録する後処理ソフトウェアを含むワークステーション(124)と、
を備え、
前記インターベンショナルシステムが、1つ又はそれ以上の前記登録された3Dモデル(130)の保存ビューを視覚化し、該3Dモデル(130)の保存ビューにおいて、灌流調査又は冠状動脈イメージング調査の画像を識別できるように視覚化し、両心室ペーシングリードの配置を計画するための心外膜リードの配置のために左心室壁上の少なくとも1つの部位を前記インターベンショナルシステムを使用する前に識別するよう構成されることを特徴とする、
患者への両心室ペーシングリードの配置を計画するシステム。 - 前記ワークステーション(124)が、前記3Dモデル(130)からLV心筋層の任意の壊死組織を特定するよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像生成サブシステム(110)が、LV及び胸壁のイメージングに関するプロトコルを用いて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部位を識別することが、左心室の心外膜上で血管を識別することと、少なくとも1つの血管及び血管の真下にある心筋層を除外することとを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- LV及び胸壁の短軸画像(128)を生成するために前記収集データを処理する後処理ソフトウェアを使用する請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記3Dモデル(130)及び前記短軸画像(128)は、前記インターベンショナルシステムに付随するディスプレイスクリーン(132)を介して視覚化されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記ワークステーション(124)が、前記3Dモデル(130)からLV心筋層の灌流を視覚化するよう構成され、
前記医療用イメージングシステム(102)がEKGゲート収集を用いて、拡張期並びに複数の収縮期及び初期拡張期おいて運動のない心臓をイメージングすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記医療用イメージングシステム(102)が心臓CTシステムであり、
前記画像生成サブシステム(110)は3D表面及び/又はボリュームレンダリングを用いて、胸壁、LV壁、血管及び心外膜脂肪を視覚化し、
前記インターベンショナルシステムが透視法システムであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
