Description
図5及び図6を参照して述べると、4/8/16/32+検出器横列を備えたマルチ・スライス・スキャナにおいて心螺旋取得を遡及的EKGゲート式再構成と併用した。スキャナ・パラメータは、120kV、300mA、0.5秒回転周期、0.35螺旋ピッチ・ファクタ、1.25mm又は0.625mmスライス厚とし、75%心時相位置でのセグメント分割式再構成を行なった。走査配向は、取得の早い時期により重要なデータを取得するために(患者の運動、例えば呼吸を考慮して)、心臓の下方からとし、心臓の底部から頂部に向かうものとした。心螺旋走査に先立って、冠状静脈洞の原点の近くでタイミング・ボーラス取得を行ない、最適な準備遅延を決定した(造影剤注入の開始時と心螺旋走査の開始時との間の時間)。心画像の走査及び再構成に続いて、画像に運動アーティファクトが認められた場合には全心サイクルにわたって、多時相再構成を指定した。時相位置は、走査時に患者に不整脈が見受けられた場合には約45%に選択した。それでも運動アーティファクトが認められた場合には、マルチ・セクタ再構成を用いた。マルチ・セクタ再構成手順の選択は、多時相後処理3Dビューワを用いると容易になる。最適な画像集合(例えば最適な時相、最適な再構成形式)が選択されて、次いで、検討対象の解剖学的標認点(例えば右房、冠状静脈洞)について特定的な3Dプロトコルによって定義される後処理セグメント分割を実行した。

Claims (6)
- 冠状静脈洞(240)に関連する医療的侵襲処置計画に用いられるイメージング・システム(100)であって、
冠状静脈洞の撮像に適合されたプロトコルに従って心画像データ空間を形成する医療スキャナ(110)システムと、
前記心画像データ空間を取得するデータ取得システム(120)と、
動的セグメント分割により前記心画像データ空間から1以上の可視画像を形成する画像形成システム(140)と、
前記データ取得(120)システム及び前記画像形成システム(140)からの情報を記憶すると共に、前記動的セグメント分割された心画像データ空間の3Dモデルを記憶するデータベース(130、150)と、
前記医療スキャナ(110)システム、前記データ取得システム(120)、前記画像形成システム(140)及び前記データベース(130、150)の1以上を管理する操作者インタフェイス・システム(160)と、
実際の医療的侵襲処置に先立って、医療的侵襲処置を計画するために、前記操作者インタフェイス・システム(160)に応答して前記心画像データ空間を解析し、対応する解剖学的標認点に対応する少なくとも3つの幾何学的標識を前記心画像データ空間に挿入し、前記少なくとも3つの幾何学的標識に応じてビューイングされるべき視覚化可能なパラメータを選択し、前記少なくとも3つの幾何学的標識を有する心画像データ空間の3Dモデルを生成して、前記1以上の可視画像を表示し、前記医療的侵襲処置の計画後における医療的侵襲処置時に前記少なくとも3つの幾何学的標識を有する前記3Dモデルを利用することが可能となるように、前記操作者インタフェイス・システム(160)に前記少なくとも3つの幾何学的標識を有する心画像データ空間の3Dモデルをエクスポートする後処理システム(180)とを備えており、
前記操作者インタフェイス・システム(160)は、メモリに記憶されたコンピュータが実行可能な命令であって、冠状静脈洞(240)に関連する両室ペーシング計画、心房細動計画及び心房粗動計画手順の1以上において、前記心画像データ空間、前記1以上の可視画像、前記対応する解剖学的標認点、前記少なくとも3つの幾何学的標識を有する前記3Dモデル、測定された視覚化可能なパラメータの少なくとも1つを利用し、記憶する命令を含んでいる、イメージング・システム(100)。 - 前記医療スキャナ(110)システムは、計算機式断層写真法(CT)システム、磁気共鳴(MR)システム、超音波システム、三次元(3D)フルオロスコピー・システム、及び陽電子放出断層写真法(PET)システムの1以上を含んでいる請求項1に記載のイメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記データベース(130、150)は、右房及び冠状静脈洞(240)の少なくとも一方の画像データを記憶する記憶装置を含んでいる請求項1に記載のイメージング・システム(100)。
